I've had a dozen vehicles in the last 5 years, i've almost always been able to get anything i wanted done reasonably fast and any time i was turned away it was because i was missing paperwork.
New supervisor and many of her minions here are sick. They need to have authority in their sad lives to make them feel important. Like many other reviews, they take a sick pleasure in making it as difficult as possible to get anything on the road. Their attitudes are rude and elitist. Stay away from this place at all cost.
I tried to schedule various appointments with this absolute disaster of a DMV. Everyone I spoke to was hostile and refused to help, some even going as far as to sit quietly and ignore me as I tried to receive accommodation due to disability.
Nobody here has any desire to be helpful, some staff here seem to enjoy making the lives of others around them worse. Had I known any better, l would've avoided this DMV at all costs.
Do not go to this DMV, and do not give anyone employed at this DMV any business!
