LJ HUB, Queens NY

So I’ve been going here for over a year now and I open my package and leave the boxes now all of a sudden the female worker was like oh we can’t take the boxes and be mindful it’s two huge boxes but anyways she wasn’t helpful next time I will go when the guy is there he’s more nice and helpful

This place is amazing. The young man in charge is friendly, kind and very helpful. Their prices for print, copy and other mail-related services is great in comparison to other locations nearby in the neighborhood. I had to move away from New York and ship five suitcases to another state and while I was stressed, they made this move super easy and painless for me. I took an Uber from 15 blocks away to specifically send my luggages from this store. Great place. Respectful, polite and helpful customer service.

Both guys that work there are super nice and friendly. The deal with UPS, US Post Office, Amazon returns and even has a computer lab, sell cell phone accessories and fix cell phones. They also have a PO Box like system you can pay for if you want to pay for something like that. This place is a one stop shop

I was just in the store and as soon as i walked in, the gentleman working in front immediately stopped what he was doing, stood up and greeted me. For me this was huge because i used to work in customer service and know how it feels to not feel welcomed into a business.

I live nearby and for me its SUPER convenient to have LJ Shipping hub nearby since i cannot always make it to the ups or fedex location on time. I've not had any issues with them whatsoever shipping my items. I would recommend this location to anyone who ships frequently. They also have different sized boxes available in store and a scale to weigh your items just in case you need to.thanks for always taking care of me!

Customer service is very bad the young lady here is very rude, I will never do business again here
