Excellent customer service every time I visit them, I use their services for shipping and mailbox services.
Great place to ship things out. The guys are very quick with handling anything you have to ship. Especially when you have to do an Amazon return. Just bring the box, they print and label it for you faster then you walked in. And they are very friendly!
Amazing service. Within minutes my package was ready to be sent. They are always willing to help out. Would recommend to anyone who wants friendly and helpful staff
I have been coming here for years. Location is close to home and they have great customer service. Can get overcrowded but they really work fast in getting everyone taken care of. Also the internet is a little bit slow here. Depends on what you are shipping out, it can be more pricey than the post office that’s right across the street.
Good service but the post office is far cheaper than them to send any package or mail that is going domestically and for me the post office is more reliable for domestic packages, mail and any other shipping service. But they are good in terms of sending things that have to be send internationally
These people are A Scam Artist. They have completely Lost my Entire Luggage that I sent through them for Moving out of State. They kept giving me excuses that it was FedEx that misplaced my Luggage at their Memphis Hub. They did not dam care or called me to find out about my Luggage which they weight charged about $55 dollars. When I called them about the status of my Luggage. They were feeling bothered.sometimes they would not pick the phone up intentionally. Last time they told me “they can’t do anything” it’s my bad luck”. I never recovered my Luggage. I had my expensive Valuables in it. My recommendations to anybody sending their package or shipment through LJ Hub is. “” Avoid this Place at All Cost””. These people will rub you of your money. In addition’ you will loose your shipment too.
LJ Hub is truely a one-stop delivery shop. Went in there today to send a fax and came out with a new phone case and headphones! Btw the fax was completely free. Friendly and knowledgeable service, even ship out of country. They've been a staple in s.ozone park for yrs. Get on it
Worst shipping company lost my pacakage and not helpful about it at all no one wants to refund me what my package is worth they basically screwed me blaming the post office when someone in there staff probably stole it.
Excellent service awesome workers they do a fantastic job. They are the best! Cheaper than post office for sure.best thing is there open until 9pm. I will continue supporting them with my shipping needs

Dropped my phone off 3 days ago to get unlocked and they couldn't unlock it which I do understand, but why do I have to call for you to tell me you couldn't unlock it? 3 days later when someone could of told me the next day. Wasted my time. Super unprofessional and when approached, I just get a "ok".
