LL Flooring, Bronx NY

I walked into the showroom at the Brush Avenue, Bronx location to determine if I would be able to find matching Flooring Moulding to match a prior purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to find the exact match which the Showroom Manager Ravindra helped me pick out and determined what pieces were required. He took his time and explained everything to me. I had a wonderful shopping experience and I will be back and send others there as well.

I was happy from start to finish. Everyone from the main office in sales to the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. The two gentlemen that came to install the floor were professional knew what they were doing neat and clean. I want to give a shout out to Rav and David in sales. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The Bronx Brush Ave store has the two best managers and assistant managers I have yet to work with. I have been with them for over 10 years and Rav and Abigail are the best one-two combination. They are professional, diligent and understand the needs of the customer. I have experienced their performance both personally and observed how they deal with other customers.

I had a great experience with the LL flooring Bronx location. I worked with Abby and Ralph and they both were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all of our needs.

Abby was amazing in every step of the process. From helping find a match to a previous floor that was discontinued, to facilitating a delivery and even drives the forklift to take back extra boxes. Employees like this are hard to find and she should be promoted and appreciated.

Everyone at the store is extremely helpful and the selection of flooring samples was great. This was my very first flooring project for 3 rooms and I'm happy to have gone here.

Excellent customer service, reliable and trustworthy labor and results. In my experience so far, they have been reasonable in regards to the time frame between proposal requests up to the final work execution. I recommend this company without hesitations!
