I’ve been coming to this tailor shop for years. Affordable and reasonable prices, with great quality and skill to boot!

I went here to tailor some pants. He did a great job, my pants fit perfectly now. I got 3 pairs of pants hemmed for just under $40. He does close earlier than listed but I got there at 5: 15pm to pickup and he was there. Great experience!

Mr Chiu is a professional and did an amazing job. I brough in a vintage 3/4 length wool coat to be fully relined (sleeves, body, pockets) and the arms to be let out as much as possible.the price was very reasonable and was completed in a week.

I’m a tourist from London and I forgot to bring cash when I came here, the owner here fix my clothes, he’s so kind and friendly, and also professional. Guys please come here when you need alteration.

I was looking for an affordable tailor for a cheap pair of pants I wanted hemmed. While this place is affordable, their hours do not match their Google hours as someone stated below.

What’s worse is I went to pick up my pants and found an ink stain on one of them! Super unfortunate because this easily could’ve been prevented and my experience there would’ve been great. However this shows the shop is messy, unorganized, and you’ll always run the risk of something like this happening. The shop is way too far for me to go back in hopes of a refund, especially after going back several times to see if they were open, so I’ll have to take the loss.

Would not recommend risking your clothes here - you’re better off somewhere else with more reliable hours in a cleaner shop.

Just got back my alterations and they are perfect! I had a pair of jeans that I wanted to fit a certain way but wasn’t sure how to go about altering them, and he understood exactly what I was looking for, suggested ways to make them fit me better that I didn’t know, and executed exquisitely! I also got two skirts hemmed and a dress altered. Again, perfect. I’m ready to take everything in my closet to him and I will be recommending to all my friends.

This place has reasonable pricing and quick turnaround times! I brought in two pants that needed to be adjusted at the waist, and the quality of tailoring was great plus I got it back within a week. Would highly recommend!

This place is very affordable and the owner spent a good amount of time making the best alterations. I went to another tailor shop called Alts and they quoted me $220 minimum, without including additional fees. However, I walked to LNC tailor shop without calling in and showed the owner my dress; he quoted me $58 flat and that it can be done in 8 days. Despite walking in without calling in, the owner was super helpful and sweet. I would definitely come back again for all my tailoring needs.

Very nice and very reasonable! Fixed a small hole for me and did it in 20 seconds and charged me appropriately. Would recommend!
