Nice nice puzzles and props. Good story and woth the money. Only did the Grimm forest, but have already picked a date and time for seance

I booked both escape rooms for a birthday gathering. 6 people were in each room and the owner and his team were very accommodating with having them start at the same time. I was in the Grimm Forest room. We enjoyed the puzzles, and even those with no experience were able to contribute. It was great to work together and see how different people's minds work. There's always excitement when you figure something out as well! We escaped with 7 minutes left. I think it always helps to have more people. The room set-up was cool. Our older eyes could have used brighter lights, but it added to the atmosphere. I look forward to returning!

I loved the whole experience in the Grimm Forest. Was well informed by staff before we entered, and was given just the right amount of clues to help us along. Props were cool and we'll definitely go back to try Seance!

The Grimm Forest escape room was awesome! The puzzles were challenging, but fun to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed the theming and appreciated the enthusiasm of our host. It’s a fun, family-friendly environment and the team was extremely helpful with re-booking our experience during the December 2022 blizzard.

We had a great time. We have experienced many escape rooms and I have found Lock & Key to be one of my favorites. We love the themes and the host was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Wonderful staff who made the experience fun and not too scary for my younger niece and nephew (6 and 8 yrs). We were grateful for their support and a few extra clues to make it fun for us:)

My party and I escaped from the Grimm Forrest and it was a blast! This was one of the best escape rooms I've done. It was the perfect challenge, especially as there was just three of us. Jared was very nice and definitely seems to enjoy what he does. We cannot wait to go back to try their other room - Seance!

We completed the Grimm Forest with 3 adults and a 10 year old. Zach gave us all the instructions and a hint when needed. He even started to give a hint and grabbed it back when he realized we had figured it out. I enjoyed the puzzle and thought everything was put in a helpful order.

We had a great time escaping the Séance. Had a lot of fun and will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone looking for a fun hour locked in a room with family!

My family and I did the seance escape room this past weekend and it was so fun! Definitely the best escape room experience I have had. We had a group of 6 people and that seemed really good, I wouldn't have wanted anymore. The clues were tricky but not impossible to figure out. We had 2 teams of 3 working on separate clues and we got out with 6 minutes left! The staff was very friendly and really explained everything at the beginning. I would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been to many escape rooms but this one is a whole another level of experience! We did the Seance room and already expected it to be difficult with the escape rate of 40%. It was so much fun and we escaped with 10 seconds over time. We appreciate that the staff let us finished the room. If you like real puzzles for your brain exercise for an hour (or less if you’re able to escape), this is the place for you!

First time for our team at this location. The room was fantastic. Puzzles were challenging but not impossible. We will be back to do the other room ASAP

We completed the Delaware Park challenge last weekend for my son's birthday and had a wonderful time. We were a group of two adults and two 11 year olds with a good bit of experience with escape rooms. The puzzles were challenging but not too hard or too easy, and we finished right at the end of the time allotted. I would definitely recommend this, it was a nice change to do a game outside and to walk around to various parts of the park. It was a blast.

We have gone to rooms here for years now, and it’s consistently the best escape room in Buffalo! We love the themes, puzzles, and attention to detail.
