Amazing treats and staff! The Barney's bowl is my favorite and I cannot go to Loco or pass by without getting one! Everyone is very friendly and they have awesome music playing all day!

My go to smoothie place! Love the green and white smoothie. Very feeling and perfect after a run.

Amazing service Kai was so kind. I was looking for a filling smoothie with protein and he helped me choose the right item on the menu and helped me customize it (remove coconut flakes:)

Wow! Now this is what good Acai Bowls taste like! My girlfriend has been raving about this place and now I know why she loves it so much. Bonus points for cleanliness and cute benches to eat on:)

Hands down the best açai bowl I ever had and great for a filling protein post workout. I’m obsessed with this place - all their ingredients are super fresh and tasty, when I asked the employee about their açai they were super friendly and showed me that they use 100% pure frozen açai which is really amazing and rare. You can tell that they really care about offering the best quality possible, even their ice cubes are made from mineral water. I haven’t tried all of the variety on the menu but I have no doubt everything is delicious. Also the space is really cosy with great music. Definitely recommend!

Incredible smoothies and bowls. In my opinion (I've lived in NYC for 25 years) the best around. Staff is super helpful and the vibes were incredible. I work out at a gym nearby and have always been happy with the post workout (healthy!) treat.

I ordered a protein smoothie, but got instead something like an ice cream. Couldn’t even drink it with a straw they gave me, because it wasn’t drinkable… and had to eat it with a spoon like an actual ice cream. Smoothie should be different consistency than a bowl. It was waaaay too heavy for me. I feel very bloated now and regret I got it. I also asked how many calories it has, they don’t know. I asked what type of protein they use, they are not allowed to say what brand. Do you know what you sell if you can’t answer any question and can’t make what was ordered?

Most incompetent staff I’ve experienced at an establishment. They didn’t even understand what their own offerings were and couldn’t answer questions properly. Took over 10 minutes to take our order, and even after all of that they STILL proceeded to get our order wrong after making us wait for 20+ minutes. Staff were arguing with each other because none of them knew what was going on and how to serve customers.

I love loco coco! The açaí bowls are amazing. You can customize them anyway you like and even add superfood boosters. I usually like to get the blue smoothie and add lions mane mushroom! They even have treats for dogs too.

I NEVER leave reviews but honestly I am frustrated. When this place first opened up I was beyond excited because I had been to the location in the city. Once this location was open I was telling all of my friends to go try it. At first the staff was so friendly and I would order almost everyday. Then all of a sudden I noticed my order was made incorrect EVERYTIME that I would order. It’s annoying paying so much for something and to be disappointed.
I am allergic to bananas and I took a bite from my order and instantly tasted banana. I could not eat the bowl. I placed an order again and left a note saying I was allergic to bananas and to please not add it. Again I was given bananas in my bowl as well as blueberries which I didn’t ask for. I don’t know if the note is read or if it just gets ignored. Either way it’s rude. I had stopped ordering for a while because I was tired of wasting money on an order that was not going to be made to my liking. I gave them another chance today and SURPRISE my order was wrong.
I really hope the owner sees this and evaluates their staff because this is ridiculous.

Customer service is horrible and the way they package their bowls makes it really
hard to eat. Better off going to juice press or juice generation

Frankly both the price and wait time for a smoothie here is obscene.go to juice press, juice generation, or pressed instead - they’re all right around the corner.
