Horrible staff, drivers always get late to parents home and they refuse to communicate on time arrival.

This bus company doesn’t deserve not even one star. Horrible bus company this is my first time dealing with them and the reviews are correct. I don’t know why this company doesn’t get shut down since apparently they’ve been the worst company for years. They pick up my daughter two hours late every day they even left her at school where my husband and I had to leave to work to go pick her up. And then you can’t even speak to anyone because they put you on hold just to disconnect or hang up on you.
