THE WORST AND TOP RATED FRAUD COMPANY EVER EXISTED. I DON'T KNOW WHO GAVE THEM TIA CERTIFICATIONS. I BOOKED LOAD WITH THEM MORE THAN 25+ TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVED THE RATE CONFIRMATION. THEY WILL HOLD YOUR TRUCK FOR AN HOUR OR TWO AND DON'T EVEN TELL THAT YOUR LOAD IS NOT GOOD. THEY EVEN TAKE THE DRIVER'S CELL (PERSONAL INFORMATION) AND DON'T GIVE THE LOAD. SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THESE KIND OF FRAUDSTER ELEMENTS EXISTING IN THIS INDUSTRY. DON'T TRY TO DEFEND THIS, OTHERWISE I DO HAVE THE EMAILS FROM YOUR COMPANY. MOST RIDICULOUS COMPANY I HAVE EVERY CAME ACROSS. HUGE WASTE OF TIME

I have worked with them recently, they are a powerful team, very responsible. There is a dispatcher, whom I get in touch since the beginning her name is Fernanda. She always gives me a hand looking for loads to me.

I have worked with Patty for the past 6 years and she is always kind, even in bad situations she always is willing to help me with my loads.

They won't tell you up front but I'm 5 days into delivering a load and haven't been paid. They won't even tell your factoring company that you have delivered the load. Stay away! Horrible company and even more horrible humans work there. As a carrier they won't respect you or appreciate your service. They refuse to help me get paid by my factoring company. Then pretend for it to be ok. I spent fuel and payroll but they don't care.

The good thing about this company is they always have a second option for us. As a carriers, if by any chance load is cancelled, they do the best to look for another load. Broker Janio is one of the best.

Booked a load with these people, lying about the appointments is one thing, but not being eligible for detention is the breaking point, super unprofessional. Stay away from them, if possible.

Their compliance dept is rude and wont fix their mistakes. Their ego is too big to admit they were wrong. They have wrong information and say or address is a virtual address and its not. Why cant anyone do their job right? Now we miss out on money because your compliance is unprofessional and rude

Being an overnight dispatch worker, I am used to all sorts of issues arriving over the off-hours and even on weekends. I work remotely and try to communicate with brokers as succinctly as possible when an issue arises.

I've dealt with all manner of agents with different brokers, and I understand that things can become hectic when delays arise. I have never been so disrespected and treated unprofessionally by a broker as I have with LDI. Specifically, Michael Burger was very unprofessional in regard to gaining information on a seal number, which is normally provided by the shipper. Since this was not the case, I relied on communicating with the driver, which, since it is his duty to transport the load first and foremost, did not answer. He did not answer due to not having a headset and it is illegal to have a handheld device to his ear. In turn, I was berated, cursed at, and essentially used as a proverbial punching bag by Mr. Burger as my first interaction with him, having just signed on for the evening.

After reading many other one-star reviews amid the sudden flurries of 5-star reviews in reaction, I know now that this is not a one-off occurrence, and this company needs to do better and demonstrate better professionalism if they aim to find carriers to haul for them long-term. Until that happens, I cannot recommend this company to carriers, even those that are desperate. You will be treated very poorly and all manner of issue on their end will be minimized and deflected. Proceed with caution.

I was a middle-man for a shipment that was supposed to come to logistic dynamics and tried to make the hand off as smooth as possible. Logistic Dynamics was rude, and had no room for flexibility or understanding. The experience working with Logistic Dynamics was horrible. I Had better experiences working with college students than the unprofessional representative of this company.

I've been working with this company for quite a while and I feel that they always want everybody to succeed from the customers to the drivers and vice versa. I have worked for other 3PLs such as CH Robinson and I have never felt that they truly care about me until I got here. They do their best to complete all the transportation challenges that this business comes with, and we have gone through them, and that makes me feel proud.

I love working at LDI, I am aware there are some reviews that are often misleading & one-sided but our more than 20 years at the business and long term carriers relationships can tell our loyalty, transparency, values and quality service)

I work for a small trucking company based in Memphis, TN. The issue was caused by a load that was brokered to us from Miami, FL to Louisville, KY. Specifically this brokerage and the agent associated with the order Laura Rodriguez proceeded to book our driver and truck on the load and intentionally had the second shipper overloaded the trailer beyond the legal weight capacity of 80,000 lbs. When the driver was able to reach a scale the load weighed over 90,000 lbs. We kept the broker updated on the load as requested via email. However, they continued to harass the driver via mobile phone even after it was explained that the driver holding a mobile device to his ear without a headset is illegal. To be clear, the driver did not depart from the 2nd pickup location until 10: 30 pm EST and was expected to drop at 4 scheduled delivery locations. The driver reported after getting loaded that an extra stop including extra freight was added without proper notification. We had to instruct the driver to take his 10- hour break after this debacle. The following morning when we attempted to correct the improper weight loaded by having the driver return to the second pickup location. The broker agent Laura Rodriguez had ALL freight removed and relayed to us that are services were not needed. With that being said, our drivers time was wasted, we have not been compensated for the 16-18 hour period of getting this freight loaded and the disrespect dealt to our team from LDI logistics a led by Laura Rodriguez.

LDI has good relationship with cariers and agents.which in this business you must have. 100 % recommended to work with.

My experience with LDI has been good. There was an issue with the receiver and they don`t let me down. I felt they supported each other, work as a team as it must be.

Great broker to work for, we all know the market is bad right now but Patty at LDI would take care of you. She is honest and shw will let drivers do their job and if there is any issue with the loads she would handle it immediately.

What a nice company! Very professional team. I have done a couple of loads with Laura`s team. Fernanda, her dispatcher is amazing! For real she is always available for furter assistance.
