Wonderful Service! First class all the way. Professional, organized, clean cars. Jennifer and Glenn are a pleasure to deal with. No other car service compares.

We've been using LTC for over 25 years-going back to at least 1993-and they have never let us down. The drivers, customer service reps and dispatchers are all friendly and professional, and the cars are always in tip top shape. And while it's definitely on the higher end in terms of pricing, whenever we've tried lower priced companies we have regretted it and returned to LTC. You really do get what you pay for, and LTC is the top notch.

I always use their affiliates in other parts of the U. S.and globally - in fact, we use them exclusively! The team including the reservationists, drivers & management is always courteous, friendly & accommodating. The service they provide is first class and we highly recommend them!

We've been using London Town Car for the 5 years that I have been with my boss, who travels quite often, and we have always been very happy with their service. Whenever an issue does pop up, they are fast to correct the situation and have always been very reliable. I work from home and often call very late at night once my children are asleep and no matter what time of the day I call, they are always polite and very responsive, particularly Glennis, who has been a life saver on several occasion.

I have used many different services in a many cities. So far none come up to the standards of London Town Car! Since their drivers are at the hotel early I never have to worry about getting to my appointments on time. Unlike many other companies, their drivers know their way around. They don't depend on an app to follow; they know the best and fastest routes. When it comes to billing they are the best. There is no list of mandatory extra charges that make no sense. Their billing is always at the price quoted and done in time for me to complete my expense reports.

London Town Cars is a reliable TRUST WORTHY SUPERIOR LIMOUSINE COMPANY. I have seen their cars at maintenance @ City Cadillac. Always looking sharp. I have seen their cars at Fender Bender for any body scratches or detailing (sparkling), the fleet is rotated out in a few years and even those cars look their very best among Fleet of retired livery vehicles. Now speaking about drivers, and service. PUNCTUAL EXPERIENCED professional chauffeurs (THE ENGLISH WAY * KNOWLEDE BASED*) if anyone chooses to leave a negative review because they disagree with the price is NOT LEAVING a fair review.

London Towncar has provided transfers for heads of state, well-known actors and prominent CEO's and each transfer started and ended with stellar service. London Towncar is my forever car service!

Don't trust this company! Said I was 25 min late for pickup because my driver arrived at 735 am. However, my pickup was not until 815 am. They want to charge $240 to go from Howard Beach to JFK! Outrageous!
