This is a great convenient service that saves me time and effort. I was helped by a wonderful employee named Lia over the phone to resolve a small issue and she went above and heyond to assist me. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

The man who called me was extremely polite and efficient. I told him that the cost was just too much, and he told me that he would contact my doctor and get back to me.

First experience…. My doctor sent Rx to Apothecary. I was contacted by text within minutes. I uploaded my insurance information and my Rx was delivered absolutely free the very NEXT day! I know it sounds too good to be true but it was that simple. Thinking of switching over all Rx’s. I didn’t even have to leave my house.

Been using them for over 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Delivery drivers and customer service have always been super nice! This pharmacy is responsive and consistent, they will always give updates when and where your delivery is!

The person who answered the phone was very nice and answered my inquiry. This place came up when I searched "medical supply store near me". They do NOT stock walker boots, which I was prescribed.

As a new customer using this pharmacy, I am NOT impressed. My doctor referred me to use this pharmacy because they will apply all coupons they can find, obtain prior authorizations and deliver the medications to my house, without me having to get involved. Ever since my office visit all I’ve been having to do with this pharmacy is get involved with them and my insurance company. First off, the slip i received with their information on it, says “if you don’t hear from us within a a couple hours, please call or text us”. I Texted them and never received a text back so I called them an hour later- The woman I got on the phone told me my insurance would not cover the medications, so I would have to pay $60 for one medication and $90 for the other with the coupons they found and applied. I called my insurance company to ask why it is not covered and they told me it is covered, all I have to do is submit a prior authorization. I called this pharmacy back the next day and I told them the info I received and they told me they would have someone initiate the prior authorization for me. Today I called them and was told that the insurance approved one medication and the other was denied. No appeal was initiated and no contact with the customer either to let me know what’s going on. I started my own appeal to see if I can get this overturned. I’m not sure why there is no communication with this pharmacy. This is delaying patient care and I can’t even start on a medication that I was prescribed because the pharmacy isn’t doing their job. After this I’m not returning and will definitely not recommend. Do better.

I am proud to say I will never go to different pharmacy after going to Long Island Apothecary. They have wonderful customer service and I have never had a problem. They are fast and very dependable. I love that they deliver straight to my house which is great for my busy schedule. The owner, Brian Zone, is very involved with his customers. He is the best! All the skincare in store is very clean and high end. Definitely all stuff I would recommend (I always catch myself trying something new every time I go in there and I always LOVE IT!). I could not say one bad thing about any of my experiences at Long Island Apothecary. I would give it 6 stars if I could! 10/10 recommend.
