Very poor and disappointing experience. We scheduled the appointment almost a month in advance for a high risk family member.
They were extremely aware of the importance and urgency of the appointment, yet they canceled it 3 business days before the appointment due to a "glitch in the system" when everything was confirmed and reconfirmed multiple times and the appointment was clearly valid and slotted correctly.

I came here to have my rechargeable hearing aid batteries changed and met with Dr. Glasser. He was so thorough and knowledgeable I decided to switch on the spot to his practice.

Every time I go to Long Island Audiology, I feel I am being cared for by people who care. Dr. Glasser and Maria spend time - a good amount of time - with me. They make suggestions. They give advice. And I end up with new hearing aids that enable me to hear better. At the moment, they have me evaluating two hearing aids and starting to do research into the possibility of a cochlear implant. And I know they will be working with me on whatever decision I reach.
