Went out on Elixir Charter. Having and unforgettable memory and amazing day is to say the least.
Had an amazing time with family and friends. They offered amazing catering food that was ready and set up when we got on board the boat. How close we got to the Statue of Liberty was impressive. Cruising back through sunset time was memorable. Definitely coming back!

Took the boat handling and open water course with Captain Rick. Getting some proper hands on experience is very different from a safety course. We went through the basics, drove a bit, learned a lot.

My friend Sammy recommended this place to me and it was awesome! Definitely a great experience and I would recommend anyone that's looking for a good day out in the sun on a boat to come here!

Absolutely the worst first experience with this boat rental company. I had planned a surprised ALL-DAY boat rental with captain for months. We rented a car, (non-refundable), found a local hotel to stay in (since I was planning to drink, Non-refundable) for the company to tell us when we’re 5 mins away that something is wrong with the boat. I went to speak to them in person, since I was VERY close to them. I tried to be understanding over the phone and still was in person, but they didn’t really care or took interest in helping find another alternative or even apologize. The girls (staff) were very focused in having their noses in their laptop, didn’t even look up. And promised us 10% off our next trip which I practically begged for since it’s a complete inconvenience to us and our whole day! It’s such a shame safety precautions were not met in advance to ensure a successful boat rental that day, and it’s even worst with the type of treatment you get with the staff especially in their wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you want to plan something set and stone. Other people told they were cancelled on their reservations as well. I don’t even want to start with how I saw our boat that was on dock leave with a group an hour later.
