I purchased a pair of sneakers at LICS approximately 2 months ago, the owner Phil is an extremely friendly and helpful. He is a true professional, I did not feel pressured into buying something Phil took his time to measure my feet (I have to wear orthopedic inserts) he then explained what type of sneakers he felt I would like, he then proceeded to bring out some for me to try unfortunately he didn’t have my size in the one I liked but rest assured he ordered them for me and within a week I had my new sneakers. Phil won’t sell you something just to make a sale he treats you like family. I have been totally happy with my purchase and have had no complaints from my feet I will be back to purchase sneakers again. Highly recommend Phil and his store Long Island Comfort Shoes

LICS was recommended to me by my ankle surgeon for a brace to avoid surgery. Phil, the owner is very nice and extremely personable. He takes a lot of pride in his work and the service is impeccable. He made casts of my ankles and had a great pair of braces made for me. I have been to different orthopedic supply firms, but Phil is by the far the best I have used. I genuinely enjoyed meeting him and the experience was great.
