Saw 311, Iration and Iya Terra at the Amphitheater on 08/31/2021. All around a very solid show at a great venue.

The venue is really nice and had huge potential. The issue was the sound was terrible. For people sitting on the lawn seats the volume was way too low. Could hardly hear the bands. Because people seated on lawn couldn't hear well, they were talking to each other making listening harder. It's too bad because Darius Rucker seemed to put on an awesome show. Fix the sound!

Worst venue I have ever attended Overpriced ($40) parking, understaffed concessions, overpriced beers, lousy acoustics. Thank God Darius Rucker showed up. Never again, even if you paid me.

Intimate concert venue - orchestra /floor seats were movable benches which didn't work so well when a crowd started mosh pit in front (though was not supposed to be standing room there). Not a lot of security to keep the crowd in check.

Theres no option for 0 stars. This is the most pathetic hospital on long island. You will be forced to wait in the ER until late in the night so they can double charge your ins. Even though theyve had you assigned to a room for hours. Worked there, i know.

Waited over hour to get to parking to be told full and park a mile away and walk. 2 beer tents for entire venue with lines forever for everything. Left concert before it started.

I will NEVER go to a show here again. Went to Darius Rucker tonight (8/6/21). He was good, from what we could hear, this is not about him - it’s about the venue.
- 1 lane into the venue. It literally took 27 minutes to drive the last 1/8 of a mile into the parking lot
- $40 parking, cash only. $40!
- I can’t do it justice how incompetent the entire parking process was. After spending 27 minutes to drive the last 1/8 mile and paying to get in, they had everyone go down 1 of the approx 20 lanes of parking. It took about 3-4 minutes per car to get into a spot. They had tons of people working there, enough where they could have had several parking lanes active at a time - but they only had 1 active at a time. Most of the workers were just watching or talking to already parked guests
- After both of those lines, the lines to get into the amphitheater from the lot was huge. 2 people checking tickets for 1000’s of people. It took a good 20 minutes to get from the back of that line to get our ticket scanned.
- so that’s about 90 minutes from being 1/8 mile away to getting our ticket scanned. There is no exaggeration here
- we had lawn tickets, so I’m not expecting a great view or anything… but we couldn’t see a thing. The only screens they had were at the stage and not big at all. You can’t see a thing from the lawn (and we were sitting in the better lawn area, up front)
- the sound was horrible. They also don’t have any speakers other than what’s at the stage. Anyone on the lawn only hear muffled music. It can’t cost much at all to have speakers back by the lawn too, let us hear
- these lawn tickets, and all this trouble, we’re $75 each. The WORST seats at most places, like Jones Beach, are usually $35-$40 and you can hear and see great, $75 for that is a major ripoff.
- after ALL of that, gotta go to the bathroom or buy a water or something - the lines were about 20 minutes long. 20 minutes! They had enough bathrooms and concession stand lines for about 1/4 of the attendance.

Never ever again. Ever.

Charging $40 for parking for a facility that has no traffic control AND the speakers don’t work. This place scams people and they know it and don’t care….

Nice open air arena, with the option of Lawn seating. Nice size parking lot. After reading all the other reviews I must've got lucky with the parking, paid $20 parking for Freestyle concert. Maybe they're not too many of us around.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The parking costs 40 dollars cash only, nobody warns you about that. The parking took 40 minutes to get in because they are personally assigning each car to the spots. No tailgating allowed. No bathrooms in the parking lot. There are thousands of people here and only 3 beer tents with 2 people working each. Do the math, 6 cashiers for an entire stadium. We have been waiting on the drink like for 45 minutes and have only gotten 1/2of the way. I drove 1.5 hours to shotgun one beer in the parking lot. My phone may die before we get to the end. **EDIT we just heard they ran out of wine and white claw. This is it, this is where it ends.

They have lots of rules on their website but they don’t follow their own rules! They have no security to break up the drunk concert go-ers fights. They don’t cut off the drinks so there is a high chance of drunk drivers. Worst part is they rip you off with $40 parking! Terrible traffic control too. Spent an hour to go a quarter mile and now getting out of here is taking longer.the parking attendants don’t communicate. Even worse part of the night was they had speakers for the lawn seating but they didn’t turn them on so it was muffled sound all night.

Probably the worst organized venue I've ever been to. From parking which was $40 cash only (took over an hour to get in) to the beer lines (over an hour). Will never come back here
