Dr. Roth and his entire team are extraordinary. Everyone is highly knowledgeable, professional, caring, and if you have a neurological issue you could not be in better hands.

My first time going there. It was a great experience with each of the staff that I have contact with. The Doctor listened to my concerns, i didn't feel rushed. I left very please. I Have a few exams to take and was able to get my appointments.

Dr Mark Nelson a great doctor I have been coming here for a while and I highly recommend this place and Dr Mark Nelson always takes time and patience to listen to all my concerns thank you very much

If I could give zero stars I would. If you want your pain to be ignored for months, I do recommend this place. I have been dealing with an issue since May and the doctor does not even have the decency to call me directly with my test results for MRI's, CT's, X-rays, nerve testing or anything else associated with my pain. I have never dealt with a doctor who does not reach out and speak with their patient at all during the process. I can't even reach him via phone call or email and must wait another 4 months to see him for a follow up. This place is a joke. Do better for your patients. If you are debating coming here, do yourself a favor and find another doctor who actually cares.

This experience with this office was the worst I’ve ever experienced! I had just had my delivery with my child and was setting up an appt to be seen by the doctor for carpel tunnel and explained upon making the appt about the referral I had and the insurance that I had they waited til the week of my appt (they didn’t have any appt til a month after) to tell me I cannot be seen because the referral had to be through my pcp when I had made the initial they never said that and now they had to cancel the appt after WAITING A WHILE MONTH FOR AN MONTH totally unprofessional I would not recommend THIS OFFICE!

The feedback given by this office still not taking accountability for the care they provided as a patient looking to come and being seen by a doctor is totally unprofessional! When checking and running the insurance when scheduling the appt is when all this should be told especially if the patient is giving all the details in regards to the insurance and referral they have and the staff should be better trained to navigate the patient accordingly instead they give an appointment a month and a half out and then call you two days before with the information that is needed for the appointment instead of when the patient is asking upon scheduling and not understand with being a working mother to a newborn and how the problem is affecting quality of life day to day where I am unable to take care of my newborn! I WOULD BOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

Doctor was thorough, and sent my dad for proper testing and diagnosis of dementia. I would recommend.

The scheduling person that helped me the first time was nice and the second person was rude didn’t call my insurance to see if it was in network put me on hold while I was speaking to her. Other than that everything was fine.

This office is always running severely behind. Even they know it
Instead of booking less appointments to alleviate the Doctor
from constantly running behind they have a sign posed saying
"The nature of our practice is to give our patients the utmost in
care and service. PLEASE EXCUSE ANY DELAYS. We will give you
the same careful attention as soon as possible. " They clearly
care more about money and maxing out appointments because
they'd rather their patients wait OVER an hour in the waiting
room passed their appointment times. They are aware of this
issue and instead of finding a solution to remedy it, they posted
this sign to warn patients that they will most likely have to wait
way behind their appointment time to be seen as if their time
means nothing. I will be going to a new Doctors office that
actually cares about their patients time and not maximizing
copays and schedules at the expense of their patients. Bring a
book or a fully charged phone if you have an appointment here. The Doctors are nice but the receptionists completely ruin your experience.

I had an appointment this morning with Dr Hanauer. My appointment was 10: 20. I accidentally went to 70 Sunrise Hwy instead of 777 Sunrise Hwy. As soon as I realized my mistake I called the office to let them know that I was going to be a few minutes late. As I was calling them they beeped in to inquire where I was. It was 1020 on the dot. I explained my mistake and apologized. They said it was okay.
I arrived at 1030 and when I got to the desk they told me they cancelled my appointment!
I asked why because I had called and they said it was okay. I was told in a nasty tone that when she told the doctor told her to cancel me

Maybe I dodged a bullet bc if he can’t spare 10 minutes what kind of visit would I have had?

Mad at myself for my location error but I’ve never seen a doc cancel for 10 minutes.

Levy is the worst! Never on time even if an early appointment like 830 am. Waited till 9 and still not seen! Do not use!

Wow this practice is incredible. Dr.levy gave me all the time I needed and more and was extremely thorough. He is determined to get to the root of my issue and had such a kind and gentle approach. I appreciated his attitude and pleasant staff so much. Truly a great experience!

Dr. Waldron is great, very thorough and has excellent communication. She is a Dr.that actually listens

My experience at Long Island neurology consultants was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. Doctor Nelson is nothing but amazing. His attention to detail and how he listened to me about my issues is phenomenal.
