The long ride from Manhattan to Long Island Paneling, was most definitely worth the trip. Upon entering, my children and I were immediately greeted by a big kind smile, compliments of Dawn. Then, the very friendly and knowledgeable Mark, showed me the floors. Lastly the generous and kind Reese treated my daughter, Sarah to one of his delicious jelly donuts. Lastly, can’t forget Bobby, who took my order over the phone and treated me like family. What a great company and bunch of guys at LI Paneling New Hyde location. I rate my experience 10/10 and will definitely recommend and do business with again.

Dawn made this whole process seamless and easy.i was overwhelmed with redoing my basement but Dawn made the flooring process worry free for me. Purchased beautiful laminate tiles for a sunroom. LI Panel had the best selection and exactly what I was looking for — tiles that looked like marble. Customer service is fantastic. Had some issues with broken tiles in the boxes and they worked with the manufacturer to get me replacements. Dawn was fantastic. Will certainly look to them for any future needs.
