The Lindsey house was the perfect house to stay at. We were a group of 7 and comfortably fit into the house. Even though there was definitely space for a few more people. It was super clean and had anything we needed. (Towels, bed sheets, blankets, kitchen appliances, even some things if needed to cook) Debbie was always available to hop on a phone call and answer any questions we had. Was available to come over in case we needed anything during our stay. The hot tub was amazing even though it was a little cold, the owner set it up for us, so it could be ready when we got there. Overall five stars, super amazing stay.

I rented a home in Baiting Hallow (1932 Edwards Ave) for 5 weeks and not only was the house exactly as pictured, beautiful, equipped with everything I needed, and immaculate. Whenever I had a question I would text them and they would reply promptly. So so so nice and they truly made my stay an exceptional one!

This was a wonderful house. 3 big bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, full basement with washer and dryer. Anyone that came to visit was shocked at how beautiful it was. The deck was the BEST!

Just a small walk to the most glorious private beach. All neighbors I met were super friendly.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house with great beds! What could be better than waking up and enjoying coffee while looking out over the water. We enjoyed our Fall stay, a little less busy but still warm enough to sit outside or take a walk on the beach or sit and comb around for the perfect rock!

My family rented a house in Wading River the last week of July. Our experience was great! Landlord was very responsive and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The location cannot be beat for the beautiful sunsets. We were so happy the house had central air conditioning too. It would have been nice to have a shower in the upstairs hall bathroom and an outdoor shower too.

From beginning the process to checkout, I found everyone to be responsive, courteous, and professional. They truly make it effortless. My family and I loved it

Once upon a Tide was the house I rented. Immaculate, well stocked, everything thought of that you would need for a day in the sun and long weekend. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Virginia and Debbie were very accommodating. I would rent again or one of their other locations

Virginia and Debbie are the best! We've rented beach houses from them three times over the years and had wonderful experiences. The houses have been amazing and right on the water, and Debbie and Virginia are so accommodating and helpful, making sure we have everything we need. We'll definitely be back again. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I rented Diana Beach House in October 2020. It is a cozy cottage with direct beach access and gorgeous ocean views- the backyard is the beach. Debbie and Virginia were welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The sound of the ocean was beautiful. We will be renting a property from them again. Thanks for a great stay!

We have rented homes from Debbie and Virginia two more times since the above review and every time it has been a fantastic experience. We just returned from 1 week at the Diana Beach House. Debbie and Virginia make the rental process easy. They are the most welcoming and acomodating hosts we have ever rented from. We will continue to turn to them when we have the opportunity to get away. Thanks for another great stay!

Our family rented the Water’s Edge Beach House in Wading River in the month of August. Virginia and Debbie are very accommodating, understanding and responsive. The house is beautiful and the location is lovely - right on the beach. Our dog loved playing on the beach too. We had a great time and would recommend them and the house without any reservation. Big thanks to Virginia and Debbie!

Rented a beautiful house for a girls weekend. We had an amazing time and everything was wonderful. Would highly recommend renting from Virginia & Debbie. They were super responsive if we had any questions and very accommodating.

Debbie assisted me With booking and was quick to respond and very helpful. For our getaway we picked the house on the Dean’s which was absolutely adorable, very well decorated and so so so clean. It was even better than the description, had all of the amenities and more. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a getaway. 5 star!

This place was absolutely perfect - the house has everything one would need for a stay. The backyard, and especially including the very large pool, is absolutely beautiful. Location is great, and Virginia is completely responsive, and always helpful.

I rented a beach house and it was great as advertised. The house was in excellent condition and the beach was wonderful for my young kids. I rarely encountered issues during my stay, but Virginia was very responsive whenever there was anything.

We had a wonderful month at a rental through Virginia and Debbie. The house, which we rented without seeing it, was exactly as photographed. It was fabulous to be out of NYC for an extended time, and we were so happy with it that we've rented a different house for September!

My Family and I rented a vacation home in a Wading Property Rental for a weekend in June 2020. When the covid-19 pandemic hit in March I was in touch with Virginia & Debbie with my concerns for the rental. They were the most helpful and reassuring, and expressed such care and concern for me and my family. When we decided to cancel because of the stay at home orders, we received our full refund back for the deposit of the home. Most rental companies would not honor this policy. We need more business owners like Virginia & Debbie to stand with customers. The customer service I received was above and beyond and I would recommend booking with Long Island Vacation Home Rentals to everyone looking for a superb quality experience.
