LongHorn Steakhouse, Elmhurst NY

I’ve been in Queens branch and the service in there not good the manager is really bad attitude especially when I show him the reservation on my phone and he kept saying we don’t have a space and it was just a 8.30 and this happens several times I love Longhorn but queens branch you need a lot of work in there thank you

The reservation are really bad the manager is not nice she has an attitude and when we order a house salad it comes only with greens and we asked about the tomatoes cucumbers and onion and they said we don’t have we running out and it was awful experience

The steaks are really good. Me and a friend got the filet 9oz. With brussell sprouts and broccoli mash.everything tasted fresh. The drinks were delicious. Service is nice. I would go back again

Long Horn was EXCELLENT! First time back in a year and I swear that was the best meal from January 2020 till 2021. Every steak was delicious even the appetizers were good. Come on its Long Horn!

The reservations take too long we stand for 40 minutes to be called to a table. The wait guy was so rude. We order the salad and stakes. Order cane mixed up, no house salad only lettuce. Took too long to bring one of the order so we had to take it to go because it came only after everyone was already done.
The stake itself had too much butter or oil it was not eatable.
Their reservation process is a mess and they turn people back even with proof of reservation.

The manager, Johnny, is polite, listens, has tremendous patience, a professional, knowledgeable of how entrees are prepared, knows how to correct problems that will encourage customers to return to his location and just knows how to resolve mishaps. There were several displeasing things that occurred during this visit by the server and chef that would make anyone decide to never return to this location. But once the manager was requested those displeasing things were corrected. He personally saw to it that it was and returned to make sure we were satisfied. It is unfortunate that this location has employees that have zero respect for this manager. While at our table, he politely gave them instructions to correct the problem, yet the servers did not do as they were instructed. Why? The manager had to be called once again and then, Johnny, the manager actually went and did everything. Great accolades to him.

Poor service. The manager did a good job of trying to fix the problem, which is why I am not giving 1 star.

Excellent food, only complaint is the chairs in the middle of the dining room are uncomfortable. Choose booth seating instead.

Food is amazing here I've been to this location several times the service is mostly good did have one or two experiences where there was some bad service but like I said that was once or twice out of let's say 15 visits if your looking for good steak eat here the food is delicious

The best place to eat over Dallas BBQ, Apple Bee's, Boston Market.
They may seem a bit more pricey but it's worth it.
Would recommend for sure.

I was not happy. The food took forever to get to us. When we finally got our food everything was COLD. I will never come here again.

Were do i start, ok i love steaks and i can tell you all that they have great steaks and burgers i highly recommend you go there and eat. You will not be disappointed.

The cook was perfect on my ribeye but I did not like the char because it gave it a bitter flavor. Regardless of that, it was a beautiful juicy piece of steak.

Got chicken tenders with broccoli and rice.would've been much better if the chef eased up on the salt.way too salty.

Excellent service! Meats are cooked they way you want, cocktails are delicious, waiters are checking on you making sure everything is alright. The music and decoration makes you feel in Texas

The service was horrible, the wait excessive, the food warm and the facilities were a B-. And they ran out of margarita glasses and the appetizers we ordered.

Although it was a new waitress she tried very hard was very accommodating and the food was excellent

Stanley was our server and i want to say that this guy was by far the mist professional server ive had in my life. His knowledge of the menu amd drinks are amazing. He made sure we where happy and even had us try nee things that i would have never tried. And it was great. If you visit longhorns. ASK FOR STANLEY
