Appetizers come out quick but entrees take a long time. Sides are cold while steak is hot. You can tell sides are pre made and sitting

Our "go - to" for a small filet with potato and salad chain restaurant. Always consistently good with attentive and efficient service.

It was great! Our server named Stevie was awesome! Couldn't ask for a better employee! My burger was the best I've had in a long time. Will recommend and visit again!

It was good.could have been great if they change the rub they put on my steak.too sweet.needed touch of garlic powder.overall good experience.

The food was perfect, cooked great and tasted amazing. The waitress want terrible but near the end of the meal would not return to the table and neither would the managers. Overall the food alone is worth a trip

One of my favorite stake houses. With the very best of house made salad dressing. As for deserts.you can't go wrong with their apple crastada (sp?) but my favorite is the chocolate stampede thought I rarely have room for it at the end of the meal.

Had the outlaw rib eye, and NY strip and this is key, lightly seasoned, and they were very good. Very good flavor. Nice decor, very good salad and bread. The waitress very good as well. One cautionary note is in order:

For some reason the longhorn management team thinks everyone wants their steaks "boldly seasoned", so make sure you tell them how you want it seasoned if they do not ask as the default is to put A LOT of seasoning on!

Slow service, terrible drinks, ran out of prime rib so that got substituted with another and was only warm, and seemed like it was returned by a different customer.
Not an enjoyable night!

Food was amazing as always. I got the Flo's Filet with the Lobster Tail add on. Delicious, and the mango margarita was also amazing. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the waiter did take her time getting to us even though the place wasn't very busy. She was very nice and friendly though!

Really good food and excellent service. Try the stuffed mushroom appetizers. If I could just get them as a meal I would.

Food was ok. We have eaten here before. But today was a comedy of errors. I don't know if they were having an off day, were severely understaffed, or have training issues. We waited behind another couple a long time just to be noticed on arrival, even though there weren't that many people. Then they wanted to seat us by the door on a cold day when most tables were empty. We declined and asked to be away from the door. It was very chilly inside. I noticed that I wasn't the only one who kept their jacket over their shoulders.

Menu suggested to ask your server about craft beers on tap. When my husband asked, the waitress didn't know. Instead of saying she would find out and get back to us, she just said, "What do you want? I'll see if we have it. " Beer arrives and so does the most annoying pair fruit flies.

It took quite a while to get our soups, burger and sandwich. I asked for ketchup for my burger. My husband asked for another beer. Waitress asked if I wanted a refill on my water, I said "yes, please. " We had eaten all of our other food and still no ketchup. We asked a second time. You could tell the waitress was embarrassed that she had forgotten about the ketchup. My husband then asked about his beer. She blamed it on the bartender. We asked for extra napkins and got paper towels, like you'd find in a restroom. Btw, still no water.

I finished my burger and wanted to wash my hands. I think the floor either hadn't been mopped or was mopped (poorly) with contact cement because my feet were sticking to the floor. The sink was fairly dirty too.

After reminding the waitress a second time about the water, it came while we were waiting to pay the bill. Though the staff was pleasant enough, this was sub par service.

We don't have a Longhorn in Binghamton NY, but we love their steaks so drove up. Have eaten at Longhorn in Watertown (1st time ever at one) and Liverpool (a few times). First time at this location. Servers were great: friendly and prompt. Appetizers delicious: garlic cheese stuffed mushrooms and chicken bites. Husband and I both ordered 8oz.filets medium-well. His was perfect. Mine was well-done, but it was still super tender and seasonings perfect so no need for me to send back. I swapped the chopped side salad for the strawberry-pecan salad and it was HUGE and yummy! Took it home for late supper. It wasn't until we were paying our check when I noticed lipstick on my wine glass. It happens and fortunately was on opposite side from which I was sipping. But, I will be sure to check next time.

Amazing steaks, but watch the salt and sodium. They can really overseason their Steaks. Can be cold inside in winter months.

Bad service, meal just ok. Everyone around us was served bread we didn't get asked. Hardly saw the server.

Not great either time, steaks were way over done, which was corrected, visited again last week, a lot of trash in the floor at hostess station, steak was 12 ounces of bone and 10 steak, the fries were the frozen kind, unmistakable! Chicken was dry and hard.

Great service, and very attentive waiter! He was also the bar tender and was keeping up with everyone's orders! Awesome job sir!

My outlaw Rybeye was really good. Bread was hot. The manager cared about my concerns and gave me a nice discount to correct some service issues. I will eat here again and I do suggest this location.

Amazing food and better staff. Everyone was exceptionally professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
