LoonChuan has been around for over 30 years. Not only are they a great Chinese Restaurant, but they are one of the best take out as well. Sue is great. The kids who I have seen grow up over the years are tremendous, always calling you by your first name, and most importantly the food is the top of the pack. I have been ordering Loon Chuan for years. They have never disappointed. Best Chinese food on Staten Island.

My first time here, the food was amazing. The people was so nice very clean.

Customer service is lousy, she is so rude when I ask for utensils, they threw it at the counter. Will definitely be my last order.

The General Tso's Chicken is out of this world. And the customer service is top notch.

The food was bland, missing spices, the servers don't seem to speak English. The men's bathroom was pretty dirty looking. Overall the place feels dated and I'd overlook everything if the food was better, but it was disappointing, we won't be back. Islander taste in Woodrow Plaza has much better flavor profiles (though they lack table service).

Honestly only came here because the advance said it was top 3 on the island. It was terrible. The wonton soups was clear with no flavor and the brown sauce for the chicken with broccoli was sweet. The broccoli was hard. The egg roll was meh at best.

The food was horrendous, disgusting customer service with even more repulsing food. I had to talk to the manager, the phone person and the owner to ask for a refund just to be hung up on. Watch out don’t order from here unless you want to waste your money!

Ordered on GrubHub and the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. Called the driver to see where he left it, and he assured it was at my house checked cameras and was outside at the time, and the food was not delivered here spoke to the owner of restaurant, who accused of me trying to scam her and would not except it was not delivered here. Screamed on the phone called names and was hung up on. Thankfully, GrubHub returned.awful

Wow, terrible customer service! My friend needed to get some bland chicken and rice for stomach issues and they sent the food with the sauce even though I ordered it plain. After realizing it was wrong and calling them to get it fixed…. Completely rude over to phone and argued with them that they ordered it that way…. 100% they messed up the order and could care less. Definitely better places to eat with nicer management.

I have been getting take out there for months now. I asked for more brown gravey for egg foo young 4 different times. I get a nasty response every time i ask. Today i ask to not add the brown gravy to egg foo young put it on the side and give me extra gravy on the side also because they never give enough. Picked up the order and went home and i get tiny countiner of gravy? I go all the way back to store and the im told no one gives enough gravy anymore. Then she charged me 3.50 for a tiny container, which i asked for in the frist place? I told her this is the last time i do business with this restaurant. I WAS AND ALWAYS BEEN RESPECTFUL AND this how I was treated? REAL great customer sevice.no stars is what you deserve.

Our favorite Chinese food on the island. The food NEVER disappoints. Highly recommend Loon Chuan. And they are great for parties too

Try the general chicken, they actually use honey, and it is outstanding!

But no one is perfect. They really need to watering down the duck sauce and the mustard.
