Dr. Gupta is a wonderful facial expert who is absolutely phenomenal with her work. She specializes in her field and is true to her work; who not only does wonderful work but stands by it. She is a doctor that actually cares; If you are not happy with anything she will make sure you walk out of her office happy. Her talent and compassion were way beyond my expectations, especially being my first time seeing a cosmetic specialist. Her staff are so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and they truly make you feel like family. Comfortable atmospheres like this is very much so thanks to the staff most of all. I had my upper lids done in January of 2021. Dr. Gupta did am amazing job. The down time was minimal. I look 10 years younger and don’t have that tired look anymore. I wish I would of done the surgery years ago!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta for a little over 2 years now and all I can say is I'm so glad I found her. She helped me gain my confidences back. When I first came to her I had severe sinus issues that cause me to develop festoons. The swelling under my eyes was very noticeable and I was so uncomfortable with the way I looked. From the moment I met Dr. Gupta, she reassured me that she would help me find a way through this and that there was hope for me to achieve long lasting natural results. With her recommendation of first sinus surgery to help with my problem from within and through the healing process she did not once pressure me for any quick fixes or surgeries I did not need to just solve my problems with short term results. After my recovering from sinus surgery I had several appointments with Dr. Gupta to monitor my progress, along with session of laser resurfacing and micro-needling. Through all this now I happy to say I have seen dramatic improvement in my festoon area. Though it is still a work in progress like anything the swelling under my eyes have drastically decreased and is almost completely unnoticeable. She helped me find ways to resolve my under eye swelling without ever cutting into my face which I am grateful for. Dr. Gupta is a compassionate doctor that is willing to listen to your concerns and help develop a plan with you to achieve your everlasting facial goals in a natural way. I have the highest respect for Dr. Gupta and her staff and appreciate their encouragement and kindness always every time I visit her office. In addition to Dr. Gupta, her staff is wonderful as well. One of the best cosmetic surgeons out there! I have had a long road dealing with hyperpigmented/dark eye circles my whole life. It is due to my race and genetics. I have visited several doctors beforehand. I saw two dermatologists before her. A third dermatologist recommended me seeing her. I wish I knew about her from day 1! The first dermatologist put fillers around my eyes which did not correct the problem and made my hyperpigmentation look worse. He then applied 5 sessions of a laser that did not work on me. He said there were no other lasers out there that would work on me. I saw a 2nd dermatologist that applied a different laser and did provide some benefit. I made a 2 hour trip to see Dr. Gupta based on a referral from a third dermatologist. She is well known to the medical community in regards to her ocular work. Did a video consultation first. She has almost fixed me (only 3 months in and expect to get better over the next several months). She removed the filler, applied threading, injected prp, and applied her fraxis laser which has helped tremendously. Second visit, she applied laser again. Just had my third laser session. I feel like it looks about two thirds better from day 1 and expected to still get better! She is worth the trip and the cost! I probably wasted a few grand beforehand with others. I definitely highly recommend her! She takes the time with you. She and her staff are great, caring, personable and so friendly!

I have been going to Dr. Gupta for years and not only is she a fantastic doctor, she is one of the most ethical and conservative surgeons I have ever known. She never will push you into a procedure she deems to look unflattering or unnatural, believe me I have asked lol. Her answer always remains the same " I want you to look natural and beautiful never DONE. " this is incredibly rare, in fact, she has talked people out of procedures that she believes are unnecessary. She is gentle, kind and the best in her field. Don't believe me? Have her show you my pictures. I am frequently asked why my skin looks so good and I tell them about Dr. Gupta. And why not? I like when people look their very best, "it's a sign of good manners"as my wise grandmother use to say and I like to share with people things that work for me. Her eyelid surgery is fantastic and took years off my face and her surgical-thread lifts are surprisingly, virtually pain- free and looked really good. Very Pleased.

Although I was told she could "fix anything" she couldn't, and I'm left with a fold in my left eye. I went in for a blepharoplasty which went well, except that one eye opened as the stitches broke, and a stitch broke on the left eye causing this fold in the skin. We tried injections and lasers but nothing worked.and although she said she would and could fix anything, she finally told me there was nothing more that could be done. Very disappointed. More recently, I was asked to remove this review with the offer of facial products and skin rejuvenation. I'm suspect of the other reviews I've seen that were bad that are now missing. Not good.

Dr Gupta completed a lower blepharoplasty on me about six weeks ago. I just visited her today for the first time since the procedure Today she did some laser to help with healing. I am very happy with the outcome. Since it’s so early in the recovery and healing I expect it to look even better. I considered other physicians before deciding to use Dr Gupta. I liked that she used laser which had a better recovery. I believe now the results are better to. Dr Gupta is the only doctor that did a free consultation The fee for the procedure was was better than the other physicians to. The office staff and nurses are very friendly and respectful Dr Gupta has a great bedside manner I highly recommend Dr Gupta

I went to see Dr Gupta as well. I went for my lower lids and she convinced me I needed my upper eye lids done. I’ve been in so much misery since this woman touched my upper eyelids only. It cost me $ 6,500 for my upper eyelids. She completely changed my eyes in such a way that made me look like a clown. I’ve been wanting to tell someone who would listen but instead held my tongue and pain inside. I’m not shocked that there are others out there like me. She is terrible at her job and should not be working on anyone’s face. She destroyed me and I’m still very young but feel and look like a monster. She also said she would fix the scarring and of course never followed through. She is a scary doctor and you do not want to put your face in her hands. I also believe those pictures in her gallery are all fake. When I would see other patients in the waiting room they looked pretty bad themselves but my damage was already done. I’m going to continue investigating this doctor and go to the medical boards to make the biggest complaint against her and so should everyone else that has been deformed and affected like this.
