My wife and I went to Loria recently to request assistance in fixing a trophy I had purchased for an event from a different vendor. When she began asking the "salesman", a chain smoking middle aged man in a black cap and black Under Armour shirt, who looked more like he just got back from a fishing trip for advice, he brushed her off and told her she should "Go to Michael's" the arts and crafts store for help. He then proceeded to walk out of the store and smoke a cigarette leaving us to walk around the store unattended. Before even asking for additional information about the trophy or what we needed to be done, that was his solution. I had always heard good reviews about Loria in the past, but this experience was very disappointing.

I am very happy with the purchase I made and the professionalism of the installers, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I needed a billiards table to be resurfaced and their service was exceptional. They are a professional group of people who have the product or will source it. They also have a wide array of gaming supplies. I have purchased bingo and billiards supplies there and I have never been disappointed. I wanted a name tag and surprise, they make them too. The prices are reasonable and are centrally located (no pun intended).
