Terrible service, I sent a box at the beginning of December where according to them it took 8 to 10 days, after a few days I received a message saying that I must pay an additional fee according to Dian taxes, I paid the additional fee and they told me that before On December 30th they delivered the box to me, today it is January 2nd and my relatives have not received the box and I am not getting any response from them.

The first time I made a shipment through this parcel everything went perfect as expected.this second time I made a shipment it was a shame my box arrived after a month because according to them they could not find the address they returned it to another state And they had it stopped there so they charged me $100 more dollars to pack it again. Then I told them not to send it to the home, rather send it to an office.of mail and that my relatives go to pick it up and that's what we agreed on because it turns out that it takes a week and a half longer and when the box arrives it arrives at another address which we can't meet and when they deliver the box all battered and opened because they took shoes and clothes.the box arrived incomplete.and when they asked for an explanation they only knew to go if it arrived, we have nothing to do with that I don't recommend it, by the way, I'm Mexican and The reason I mention it is because the people in Mexico from the same company are incompetent, they blame each other, those from Mexico understand what I mean.you ask for information and no one knows, they just tell you to follow your package with the number.of the guide they give you out of 10 I give it 2 and only because the lady who assists you in the parcel is very kind and patient…

Do not send your things in this company, be very careful, my box arrived incomplete, they took half of the things, really my box arrived half! Fraud Fraud Fraud. The box me and my mom sent to Colombia got stolen and they never contacted us nor gave us out money back. They changed their address and phone number. These people are thieves.

The box that I sent to Colombia arrived in 12 business days, within the established deadlines.
My only suggestion is that if they give the option to track the guide on their page, they keep it updated since 10 days passed and it was still in the same state, and the only way to know where the box was was to contact me several times by phone.

I am very happy with Los Dorados Cargo service. I sent a box to Medellín and it arrived on time, my family was contacted prior to the arrival and the box was intact. I went to their office in Yonkers and Catalina was amazingly helpful with her advice and customer service. I am happy I don't have to go to Corona, Queens anymore. Yonkers it's a great location for people in Manhattan.
