Lost Dog Café & Lounge reviews
15Good food, our waiter with the beard was a great guy. Their dumplings appetizers are good.
Had drinks in the cocktail lounge recently, myself and a friend were very impressed with the service we had from the bartenders and most importantly we were impressed by the bartender’s willingness to keep everyone in the establishment safe when someone was unruly both verbally and physically in the lounge. The dignity & treatment of customers in the lounge was proven to be very important to the staff working that evening, and they were not going to allow anyone to stay in the establishment who couldn’t be safe & respectful of who they were with and the staff at the lost dog.
The drinks we had were great, and the bartenders remembered our names.
Both bartenders were warm and welcoming.
There are many reasons to love the lost dog. Customer appreciation and safety is just another one.
Kuddos to the lost dog team for their ethics and customer satisfaction. What we observed won’t be forgotten.
Calimari was amazing.chicken sandwich was a rubbery flavorless block. Over-hyped place but willing to give it another shot.
I ordered grilled chicken with fried chickpeas, couscous, feta on top and pita bread. The couscous was a little bigger than I expected. I really liked the dish.
First time visiting this cafe and the place is amazing. The service is super friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up getting a burger with cheese & bacon. Very good fresh burger juicy. The fries were really nicely seasoned and not bland like most places like to serve.
The dessert was a deep fried cheese cake bite. Omg amazing flavors. The peanut butter pie has amazing also but keep in mind that it’s a little heavy on the toppings so if your sensitive to to much sugar. The only thing I would not recommend is the Dublin coffee unless you like a ridiculously strong drink that will make your whiskers curl I could not drink it.
First time visiting and fell in love! The drinks are to die for! Make sure you try their "Fly Me To The Moon" cocktail!
Had a pleasant lunch here earlier. Well seasoned and delicious french fries but they fried the absolute bejesus out of the chicken in my sandwich. My friend ordered eggs benedict and instead of an English muffin she got the bottom of a burger bun. Pretty weird! Great cold brew.
There was a group of us that went together and the waitress was great, funny. All of us were happy with our meals.
It’s a beautiful place, food is overrated ; didn’t really like anything but the salad. Drink was too sweet and tasted like no liquor was in it. The waitress was a little sarcastic when it came to asking us did we need anything else. My dad tipped her well because he’s just that guy I don’t think I’ll go back, maybe to sit by the bar but I don’t know yet. I haven’t felt comfortable in no place in binghamton just yet ….
When I lived in Binghamton I went here weekly. Always great music, food, and drinks are excellent. I like this place so much that when we were traveling through the area I stopped for a lunch break on our trip. The place was packed. They had just reopened after a break, and our food took a little longer than usual or expected. The server explained the situation and we were offered free dessert. I felt more stress about it than a normal lunch due to the fact that we still had hours to drive to get home, I thought they handled it well. The food did not disappoint! The Lost Dog is worth the trip every time.
We stopped here for lunch on our way up from NYC to Rochester. It was definitely worth it to get off the Interstate and catch a little buzzy Binghamton vibe with a variety of choices on the menu and friendly and attentive service.
One of my favorite places to eat downtown. The lattes are delicious and the rigatoni ala vodka is to die for:)
Mr. Nancy and mofo fried chicken. Love love this sandwich. It's just the right balance of sweetness and spice. First time for the drink. I recommend fixing it an extra stir before drinking, but overall, it was a nice drink. One was all I needed
Our server, Liam was great! We had a party of 7 and he handled everything expertly. The food was tasty. We had a person in our group who is gluten intolerant and the menu is geared towards gluten free so he had no problem. They also feature began dishes. I haven't been to Lost Dog in over seven years and yet this experience leaves me wanting to go back again.
