Always so happy with my LoTempio repairs! I’ve had luxury heels repaired, boot scruffs repainted, and even grease removed from suede. My shoes look new each time, and such a quick turnaround!

Had three pairs of boots repaired. Boot repairs came out looking amazing. The boots I had repaired one pair are over 10 years old needing new soles. The other two pairs needed heel replacements and he did an amazing job. He had some complications with my one pair of boots but he kept me informed and let me know what he was doing the whole time he had them. The pictures do not do justice for the work that he did because they are older boots but the heels and souls came out amazing.

I brought my shoes in for repair on Wednesday, was told they wold be done by Saturday, which I was very impressed with, and even more impressive they were done the next day and I received a courtesy call that I could pick them up any time. After trying LoTempio shoe repair I, nor my family will ever go anywhere else. Countless pairs of shoes that had seen better days brought back to life. Incredibly impressed by their work, and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Louis Vuitton shoes.

I had a heavy duty bag that had fallen apart at the zipper (carrying case for musical instruments) and they did an awesome job stitching it back together. This place is beyond exceptional I can not express my appreciation enough! I've been looking for a good shoe cobbler for 8 years now, and after LoTempio, I'm not gonna look any further. Any time I'd bring a pair that I'd have no hope for would be returned to me in a nearly brand new state! I was afraid to try it out at first, but after a great 1st experience, all of my shoes are only going to be done and fixed here.
I am a big shoe person as are a lot of us, all of my shoes are made either of delicate suede or leather so they need good are. So far, I've had several shoes resoled and recoated. LoTempio has such fantastic attention to detail that you wouldn't believe it! I brought multiple expensive pairs here worried that they might not return the same, but every single time, they were more than perfect. See pictures for yourself! If you have any brand-name shoes that you're afraid of losing or ruining, rest assured they will be restored to their new original state.
On the side note, as mentioned in description, you might have to wait so there's no rush service and the place does require payment upfront, you do get receipt for it and you will get a call/text when it's ready for pickup. Do not hesitate to give him a try, and you will never be disappointed. Thank you so so much!
