I have seen Dr rose for over two years. He operated on my knee and it was a great success. He is a total gentleman, and his staff has always been helpful. Some of the stuff I read is totally bull. I never had a problem getting an answer when calling.
If I could give 0 stars I would. As the patient you will end up doing all the follow up & you will have to call their office a million times to get a response. I'm switching doctors as soon as possible! Very unprofessional staff. Get a more FRIENDLY competent staff or you'll be out of business soon.
The two people behind the counter are Unprofessional, I made an appointment with the dr. And they asked me for the insurance, they told me that they accepted that insurance, when I went to the clinic I wasted my time, when I filled out the information, half an hour later they called me and told me that they did not accept my insurance, they are Unprofessional
