Extremely competent doctor. Very clear and direct. Performed robotic surgery with precision and few side effects, other than as expected. Personable low-key bedside manner.in fact he visited my beside at 5 a.m. The morning after my surgery before he went to work to see how I was doing. He showed care in working with post-op treatment. Highly recommended.

Dr. Eichel, his staff and the entire RGH Urology practice far exceeded any expectations I had prior to meeting them. I originally came in seeking a second opinion (for a previously difficult to diagnose condition) and came away feeling secure, informed and confident that I was in the best hands possible. I knew immediately it was a special place. They talked to me like a human- not a case number. They really cared about my experience- not just my problem and whether or not I checked the right boxes in their diagnosis. Such a rarity it these days! The operation was seamless, the hospital stay was kind and comfortable, and (perhaps most importantly), the nurses are top notch!
