Rheumatologist Lourdes Rheumatology reviews
7I was a patient for several years which was a waste honestly since they just saw me and did nothing each visit. Because of covid I missed appointments unfortunately, I just tried to reschedule my appointment I missed less than an hour ago and spoke with 2 people who had an attitude and did not want to help. They refuse to book any other appointments and said it’s their right to reject services to me. Avoid going here because they do not care about your health!
Was a patient there for several years. Missed a few appointments due to covid. Was terminated without notice. And was treated like garbage when trying to figure out where to go from there. So sad that doctors have to work with others that make them look so bad.
Aspen,
Someday you might be on the other side of the table and as much as you don't deserve it "I still wish for you a better (medical professional) than you were for me".
Just dropped me after my first visit with a letter that didn’t explain no reason for the termination with information to different rheumatologist in the area. Horrible there
I have seen both Dr. Oven and Aspen. Aspen told me I didnt have fibromyalgia, but she gave me a brochure on fibromyalgia and did lab work. I did lab work and wasn't told no more help after. Maybe because my lab work showed I have a rheumatoid factor. Which is common for people with autoimmune disorders. Doctor Oven told me to go to sleep apnea doctor because he said people with fibromyalgia have been found to have sleep apnea which I have.
Currently drive from scranton to see them because they have been very helpful in getting the right meds for my rheumatoid arthritis.
There are professionals in every field and there are those who are less than professional. I will never say anything negative about anyone unless they do something so extreme that I have no choice. If you have to drive to Syracuse it will be less hassle than seeing these people. Save yourself the headache and possibly worse and just see a competent Rheumatologist.
