Absolutely ridiculous company. When buying a birthday card for my son and scheduling the delivery date, the site suggested I add on a gift of pop up balloons. Great idea. I added it. They mailed the "gift" out immediately for some reason, so my son will get his gift weeks before his birthday and separate to his card. Do not use this company.

We visited the store at Hudson yards 7/6/23. We were on holiday from liverpool UK and had just been to visit the edge when we spotted the store on our way out. Sue D was the lady working there and couldn’t have been more helpful. We only went in to look around then I remembered I needed a wedding card and Sue was really helpful, showed me different options and helped pick the perfect card as well as pointing out all the special offers around store. Sue was the loveliest lady and a credit to the company! Thank you!
