If you look up an item online call store to verify that they indeed have item in stock. Lowes online always has a problem with showing items in stock when they are not there. Other than that staff are nice, professional

No one knows anything about anything on the shelves. I bought 3 different chains for a chainsaw I bought from lowes just a few months ago for 600$ After being told by a manager to come back tmmrw and that the store manager will let me return it, I was just told today after waiting a hr that theirs nothing they can do and that I shouldn’t have used cash. So it’s my fault? Not the 3 different workers who told me I was buying the right chain. Now I have 100$ in chains that don’t fit my saw and they can’t even give me a straight answer as to what chain I actually need. They actually told me I should just go to a huskavarna dealer. Hey thanks for spending 600$ with us on a saw but you messed up using cash and don’t come to us with questions go to a dealer? Real professional. I’d rather have my questions go unanswered then have someone guess then not even acknowledge or try to be understanding about the situation

Went in for some items to do some catch up repairs on the new home. Had the lights and covers we needed.

They are down to one handicapped scooter for the store and the three staff I asked about it had nothing to say. I'm hopeful one of the four similar toilet gasket parts will work for me; there was no one around to get an educated opinion from. I'm fortunate to have a bath and a half, but this parts search might get expensive if I have to go to the professionals

I always get the best customer service there. Last time I was in I think his name was Evan and he helped me with flooring. Thank you

This store has everything you need. Especially to DIY projects, they sell so many things, anything that you can think of. Nice, friendly and knowledgeable employees, very clean and organized store.

Very helpful staff. Found what I needed with the help of a young man who took me right to the item I wanted.

I don’t know how to put a half a start but if I could it would be there. This is by far the absolute worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. They kept asking why I want to buy a wood-chipper for dead horse. It doesn’t matter. They don’t sell pizza.

Went in the garden department, grabbed what I needed and paid right there outside the garden area. Quick and easy.

Don't go to Utica Lowe's - go to Home Depot instead! I called to place an order over the phone because I was anticipating the typical giant line of customers waiting for someone to show up and take paint orders. I got transferred to 3 different people then finally spoke with a person - I asked her for the color name/number for my paint order. She immediately cuts me off bluntly to say - "Are you going to pay for it? " as if she was accusing me of stealing paint over the phone or something. I replied, "Of course, can I pay over the phone? " and she replied, "Yes, that is what they are telling me. " - displaying she is not qualified to sell paint or even speak to customers. She continued on with her terrible attitude and condescending tone so I decided to go to Home Depot instead and had a super quick and easy experience. Go to Home Depot on French Road instead!

I love this Lowe's location. They are very friendly, well-trained and helpful. I never asked for help from anyone there and they didn't have knowledge of what I asked or at least knew how to guide me in the right direction.

Always friendly staff and helpful, if one associate doesn't know something, they can find you someone who can.

Is a decent place to shop for home improvement items but I have to admit I like home depot better at least home depot you can find people to help you
At Lowes you always have to go chase somebody down

I went in to buy a couple of kitchen ceiling mounted lights. Selection was somewhat scarce, I am sure due to Covid. Selection was still better than other stores.

It's Lowe's. As long as they keep opening they're always needed. Home Depot also since you need both places to get everything you need to put up commercial framing
