WOW! So helpful. My hubby had a lots of questions about plumbing, the guy who help us draw diagrams went over each question my hubby had.

Price of the item I attempted to buy was $5 more than the price tag said it was. Paid at self checkout with a gift card. It needed the employee approval. The clown standing there was having a personal conversation with someone, looks at me and goes back to talking. Left my item and walked out. Excellent customer service

Lowes today dropped off 2 Major Appliances but not to my home as scheduled. Deliveries are now done by a warehouse, third party. They left them an 1/8 of a mile from my home because they said the road was slippery. $4000 in appliances. They left them on the side of the road. I didn’t sign for them. They didn’t unwrap them. They just left. On the phone with the Lowes Cicero Store who is telling me to call the warehouse. I politely told them. I purchased them from your appliance department. I’m not calling any third party. I didn’t buy them from a third party. I purchased them from Ashley Wilson the Manager at the Cicero Lowes. Either deliver them to my kitchen as promised or come pick them up. Meanwhile I have no appliances after relying on Lowes’s. I love shopping at lowes. Their delivery crews were always first class. I’ve spent 50k at Lowes in the last 1 year. Just awful.

Lowes is one of my favorite places to go, the staff are awesome, very helpful, very nice, costumer service is outstanding, keep up the great work everyone.

While looking at plants at this lowes, I can across a garbage can full plants. Healthy plants just tossed to the top in the garbage can. I don’t get it, why? Why throw away perfectly healthy plants? !

Love having a Lowes so close to my house. Stopped in today to grab mouse repellent and paint for 2 different projects and they had so many options. Always someone available to help understand how to approach the DIY

I've always preferred Lowe's to other home improvement stores, but after my shopping experience yesterday, I realized just how much the staff at this store are always helpful and friendly. I was looking at an item, and had some very niche questions, and the employee that helped me took the time to pull up the information sheet from the manufacturer and help me find extra details, as well as help with all of my questions, and was able to help me make a final decision with my purchase. Even in my other experiences, staff have always been happy to help with any questions or finding products in store, and have always been willing to give suggestions if I'd wanted them. I just wish I'd caught the name of the most recent employee that helped to give him a shout out.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Purchased 2 dozen pieces of shiplap for a project! We made several attempts to paint several (six to be exact) pieces. The product was extremely difficult to paint and one several coats of paint were dry the paint could be removed by just lightly rubbing anything against it. We were obviously not happy and decided to return the product. Thinking the store and employees would be receptive to this problem with this junk product, we brought all 24 pieces, 6 painted and 18 not painted or modified in any way. The store would only allow the 18 unpainted pieces to be returned, they did not care about the problems we had painting the 6 pieces and would not return them for even partial credit. They said it was against store policy and based on the policy displayed on the wall it said nothing remotely like this. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager, Lisa Becker would not even come to the returns desk. She only instructed the cashier what to say. After several rounds of this I insisted to speak with the manager. They brought over another very rude "tough guy" manager who would not help us he only said "man, you're crazy you can't return that" At this point "things" escalated and then I found out that the "tough guy" manager was sent over because the other manager, Lisa Becker snuck out on lunch (most likely to avoid dealing with this). So after all this we only received a refund for the 18 pieces! Not the first problem we've had with this store but it will be the last as we will NOT shop at Lowe's Cicero again! We'll likely not shop at lowe's Clay either and just go to Home Depot as they know how to treat people and a reasonable to work with!

Great shopping experience every time. Don't go often enough to know the staff, but they seem friendly. Usually have what I'm looking for, and if not they have enough of a selection to find a workaround.

Needed a solution for a window shade problem. The window treatment lady was extremely patient and helpful. We have found this particular dept usually staffed with very helpful people. Have gone there for years.

Very friendly lady at customer service looked up the item I wanted and told me what aisle to find it. Also enjoyed looking at Christmas decorations.

I was looking for Christmas things to put out for my great granddaughters to play with and look at.they did not disappoint. Christmas things are all ready out, I got what I wanted before things were picked over or sold out.

Great crew always ready to help. Their App helps me find stuff in store without having to ask, and they still offer a 10% military discount:)
