I very upset. I waited one week for install or to come and adjust my shower. Never showed up. He promise to come Tuesday. NO STARS. I should be compensated. I called and called and called and called.

The sales was very unfriendly. Show strawberry 3 for $10 in the price list，She still charged $3.78 one bye one. She seems very impatient to communicate. Although the price difference is not very large, it is purchased at the original price. But it was a terrible experience.

I purchased some flooring that was supposed to be delivered today during 11: 30am-3: 30pm. My delivery never arrived. I contacted Lowe’s it’s out for delivery…I’m still waiting. I tried calling Lowe’s again no answer on hold for over an hour a representative comes on Hello Lowe’s please hold and never came back. I have not heard anything about my order, no one has called me. I’ve never experienced anything like this. This poor management, poor customer service! I’m so disappointed at the quality of business.

Mostly unhelpful employees. Hard to find someone to effectively help though after sifting thru 6 people, I found someone who did help, for which I'm grateful.

I want to express sincere gratitude to Shanyr, flooring associate for assisting my elderly mom through the process of selecting a kitchen floor tile within the realm of my mother’s budget. Most of all I am thankful for your understanding and patience. Thanks so much for delivering the tiles in a timely fashion.

A place Lowe's is a place you can buy shoes refrigerator appliance and kinds lights it's okay oh great

Order was never delayed after three weeks despite getting updates every two days about a new confirmed delivery window, not one person at the store answers the phone and if you wait 72 minutes on hold to reach someone they put you back on hold and then hang up.

I find more things here than that other Hardware Depot. I find the customer service much better than that other Hardware Depot.

I prefer coming here instead of going to that other Hardware Depot even if it’s an hour drive from Queens.

I am here almost 3-4 times a week. The people who work here are very nice. The only issue I have is with there app/website. It will give you a location and quantity in app, but you'll spend 2hrs walking up and down that aisle then asking 2 people only to find its Flooring or Roofing (just ask for "wood shims" and see what happens!). Wish you could share your cart as well. HD allows you to share a cart (via link) so it can be paid by others.

Efficient parking services and almost always get what you are looking for, "love it".

Very unhelpful staff. Poor customer service. Not at all attentive or easy to find. Patronising and rude often times. This place is poorly managed.

Pretty typical Lowes, convenient location just off the expressway. Decent parking for Brooklyn. Organized.

Oh my goodness, go here, not home depot. I tried home depot more times than it deserved and just did a pick up here at Lowe's and it was smooth and easy. I'll be going here from now on. Cheers.

Well Loews is a clean and organised buisness also a variety of household products and i frequently use the mens bathroom which also is kept clean with paper for hands also

Absolutely love this store, go in with the intentions of picking up specific items but always guaranteed to walk out with addition stuff! It's very rare that I do not find what I originally wanted to purchase. The staff in this location are beyond helpful which is a plus in a store of this size. My favorite departments would be Gardening, Cleaning Supplies, Lighting & Paint. What a fabulous selection of products in each category & lots of other goodies as well!
