If you get an employee to answer your call here, consider yourself blessed. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, been waiting for someone to answer for over an hour. Apparently this place is severely understaffed, I recommend taking your business to Home Depot if given the choice.

Ordered a bathroom vanity online for pick up. With the weight and size I would think they would prepare a rolling cart for me the move it t least.but nope after scanning the item, they offer no help whatsoever. I had to go out and find a cart on my own. Luckily nobody steal the item.
I'll stick with HD going forward.

This is the worse business! I will never ever think to visit or recommend this place, 0 customer service over the phone if they answer, no professional information about deliveries pending, i waited about a week for already rescheduled time of delivery because the first time it came with damage and i did not receive any calls or emails, even though when I fully paid I gave all my information, they never said they didn’t have it or if they were still waiting for it after the first try. But the cherry on top was after I got all my food damaged, they didn’t feel sorrow about it, I moved and made space in my kitchen, took out my old refrigerator because I thought for sure I would get it the day that they said. They were trying to refund me an incomplete amount of my purchase, really! That was funny but not funny enough to avoid my frustration and anger towards this service.

It's great that it's next to Home depot. Can easily compare prices. Has a nice layout but check out lines can be slow

Called 1.5 hours, someone did not answer, had a very simple question if the product is in stock

Nice atmosphere and the service was great. The server was very sweet and hospitable. Good food. Garlic onion bread to die for. We had the veal parm. Very good. Excellent pizza and great Caesar salad.

Ordered a gas stove over two weeks now up to today 11/ 18 /21 still haven't received it. Called the store a number of times over the two weeks and finally got to speak to a female manager think her name was Susan, when explained that I have been waiting for this item and the person who was supposed to installed the stove for me will not be able on the day the store changed my delivery date to without my knowledge and ask ifLowes will give me free installation I was told by an employee that called me back today that the manager said no even though it was Lowes fault I didn't received my item on the day I was supposed to. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THAT MANAGER will not be doing business with Lowes again.

Lowes is a one stop store for your home or apartment from wanting garden plants and products to items you need for building, camping, your car items for in and outside your home. The staff are always willing to help and there are self service checkout if you like and again if your having problems there is always someone to get you help.

They were short staffed, but the inventory was well stocked. Sales associates and the cashiers were extremely helpful and courteous.

Grate place to buy your tools.staff is well trained and friendly.they service you with a smile, over all agood place to shop. Thanks

Disgusting attitudes from the employees: Eye rolling, lip smacking, general lack of not caring, directing customers to home depot.

Lack of organization: products not in their place, products miss labeled, products on backorder, system says they have 100 they have none, system says they have none yet they have 100.

Order an oven or a fridge, wait 4 weeks, on delivery day they tell you yes well be there in an hour, for 8 hours.then when you call after missing an entire days work, they say call to reschedule.this place used to be good, now it is horrible on every level. EVERY LEVEL.the disrespect from the workers here has gotten to be unbearable.
