Love Lowes. Fair prices. Staff went out of their way to help me. They had to get a fork truck to help me get a kerosene heater that was at the very top of a shelf. They did it quickly, cheerfully and efficiently.

Tl/dr- Don't believe them when they say installation is included, and be prepared to not be able to use your new appliance for an indeterminate amount of time.

We purchased an oven from this store and were told that delivery and installation were included in the price, and we would be getting it in two days. Our stove has been delivered, but now we are being told that it is an additional $200 to install it, and they cannot even tell us an estimated time to have it installed. Just whenever a technician sees the ticket, they will call you. I am not sure how they think I am going to feed my family until then. Also, it is not as if I can use the old, broken stove, we payed to have it removed, so it is gone now.

The guy we found was extremely helpful. Can't remember his name (sorry) he also gave us other options to try for what we were trying to do. Over all a great experience

I made an order for an item they said was in stock by the hundreds and then they tell me they don't and they falsified this info on their page and then canceled my order without telling me and I am out of my money. I later called customer service and they said they never heard of this and was nothing they could do and just asked if I had any other questions.

For 4 window replacements, was charged an extra $400 after the installation began. This was after initial pricing with adjustment by the installer and a paid contract. Then installer Terry Farrell lost 4 blind attachments during installation, causing me to search for, purchase, and modify new attachments.

Prices are a bit outrageous as of late. Home depot has better deals but I avoid them as they are woke

You basically do it yourself at this facility. No help whatsoever. Then get in line to check out and wait.and wait.for an incompetent cashier to deal with issues a few customers ahead of you. Time was over the top. Ended up checking out with customer service.

Update. Another trip today to get 12 foot lumber with a full cast on a broken arm. And again, no help.

Very difficult to find what I'm looking for when the website shows it to be in one aisle and it's five or six aisles away. Store clerks are no more helpful than the website

I would give Lowe's 0 stars if it were possible. Some years ago my husband and I purchased a refrigerator with an extended warranty. We never received the refrigerator and everytime we went back to the store, various managers told us to provide our phone number so they can look into it and call us to set up a delivery time. Never did we receive a follow-up from the variety of managers we personally complained to. Everytime we went back to the Latham, NY store, there were different managers and were told previous managers were no longer working there. In the end, Lowes received full payment for the refrigerator and its extended warranty, while we only received the run around and no refrigerator to date.

Recent shortages of pressure treated lumber are annoying. The aisle at the far left side of the store is always dirty from broken open bags of sand and cement; it's like that area never gets cleaned up. Also, and particularly annoying, the gutter and downspout area is a mess with inventory scattered into boxes in which they don't belong. That's probably why I can never find all the fittings and accessories needed to complete a job. I don't like having to go to another Lowes store to find one fitting.

Couldn't find anybody to come help me then when I kept asking them they had no idea what I was talking about kept saying that other people working this department but didn't have nobody in your department we got to feel basically they didn't want to help me they kept trying to push me off prices are crazy when they sure haven't done your show and everything under the sun but don't want to help you I'll never go back here again

If they had a zero star or negative, I would have rated them that, the lowes in Glenville ny has to be the worst one ran in the country, I ordered floors and doors for my house back in July 2, and just got the floor put in Monday, was a disaster from the beginning, went to store on 6 different occasions, salesperson always gave me a new story, when the came to deliver / install doors last Friday, the door plug was missing and they sent one of the doors the wrong size, and never had any items staged for installer when he went to pick it up, 1 month earlier the sales lady said everything is in I will go put it together and installer will call you in day or 2 we’ll that was a month later I got the call, still no call back from store about other door, I called corporate and they said they we will escalate this and you will get a call in day or 2 still no call week later almost, when they delivered floors I wasn’t home so they threw the material on my stairwell and didn’t deliver the corner rounds or the backing so installer had to drive back to store to pick it up put him and me behind 45 minutes so I missed an appt. And now I still have to take another day off for the other door install if they ever call! This place sucks!

Loews on line shopping was really frustrating: the app refused to let me pick "my store", round in a circle four times. I finally gave up and then found a local in-store helper that was able to assist. On line was A REALLY POOR EXPERIENCE ‍
