Lowe's Home Improvement, Nanuet NY

Lowe's have very friendly customer service help. It can also be a hit or miss when it comes to items you might need. A little disappointed because not every staff is informed with the lay out of the store so I was in there for a while looking for something they did not have in the store to begin with. It would help if the staff members had a little cheat sheet to reference too.

Soooo difficult to find someone to help with a purchase. They call an assistant to an aisle but after waiting 10,15,20 minutes I give up. This has happened multiple times.

Great variety of merchandise. Tools, hardware, building material, appliances, and even plumbing parts. The staff has also improved since I've been here.

I ordered something online to pick up at this location. The whole process was a breeze! The order pick-up was right inside the doors, clearly marked. The staff was quick to help me (plus as one person was getting my item from the back, someone else made sure I was being helped) and since it was a large, somewhat heavy box, someone helped me take it and load it into my car.much appreciated!

I had a wonderful experience in this store. I came in at 6 am when they opened and the nicest man who was coming off the night shift and scheduled to go home, assisted me. He located and ascended the ladder to pull down many boxes of tiling that I needed for my job. He was extremely friendly (it was a couple weeks ago and I can't believe I don't remember his name-doh!) The cashier woman who checked me out was also extremely friendly. Her name was Sophia. Extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond. Made my morning!

Kind of hard in and out in a semi. But they were willing to let me park there to grab something i needed urgently. Staff was helpful, and layout was like a normal lowes.

No surprises. Big store. Lots of stuff. Sales reps were particularly friendly.

Remember, when there's more than one kind of what you're buying.look for MADE IN USA.

Had to stop at 2 locations in Rockland County NY. Nanuet/Spring Valley location did not have the items in inventory as listed. Also, staff was hard to find. Orangeburg had more of what I needed in stock, staff knew where it was and the location was much better organized.

Terrible customer service. They told me over the phone that an item was at the store, so I drove over. When I got here they only had the floor model left. Then they refused to sell me the floor model.
When I asked for the manager they left me hanging there for a long time, and the manager never showed up. This place does not know what customer service is.

5 stars to Michael in the bathroom fittings dept. Helped us remodeling 2 bathrooms. Thank you for your help and experience.

We recently purchased a number of major appliances. Richard, the Sales Specialist, was instrumental in helping us pick the best appliances for our needs. Went there yesterday during Labor Day Weekend and what an amazing management team there! I had an issue and they solved it and went above and beyond while being so nice and showed their true care for their customers! Also employees were very helpful and assisted with care!

Any of the times I have gone, no one really helps you. I was in the garden section looking for sterile soil. After checking out all the soils, which a bunch were out, I asked someone. Guy pointed that soil is over there.yeah guy, I know but take a look at what I am showing you. Do you guys carry it? Am I wasting my time? Why work somewhere if you don't want to assist or speak with people.

The store has pretty much anything you need for home improvement. Research what you need before you go there as no one will help you, you can ask for help but they usually call someone else, that person may not come. Some employees are very helpful, hopefully you can encounter them. I find their customer service is better then Home Depot. The Lowe’s app is decent, would be better if it had store map for items.
