A big box chain store than combines a lumberyard, greenhouse, hardware and a major appliance stores in one location. They might be too big, as it is difficult to get help from associates without having to wait.

I generally can find what I need here. People generally will ask if you need assistance which is nice. Always restocking shelves so that's great they have supplies and make it happen to restock. Checkout is good. Offer self checkout or line. Haven't experienced any issues really.

Typical Lowes - not a great hardware store in either selection and certainly not quality.

Almost everytime we've made large purchases from here, it has been missing parts or hardware or we've had someone's else's old products in the box. They're not really responsible when it comes to checking returned items. Will be going to the home depot from now on.

2 1/2 hours in the store! Over an hour just to check out. They were having trouble with the system since one program doesn't talk to another. They called for help from management FOUR times but no one came. Because we were told 'Regional was there'. Terrible customer service from management on down! I would have walked out but needed the windows that I ordered.

Great service and lots of employees to help with various things. Short lines at checkout. Normally not that good of luck finding help when having questions.

Linda M at Waterloo went out of her way to help us find a tool. She even unwrapped it so that we could be sure it had exactly what we wanted.

Staff is uneducated on products and unwilling to help. Store in understaffed and the few staff there are so over worked they can't give good customer service. Asked a rep for help finding a pvc fitting and he said "I don't have time for this" and walked away. One of many interactions I've had with staff at this store. I live 5 minutes away from this location but will happily drive to home depot in auburn.

Polite and attentive and overtly so. Not just the required amount per company policy but genuinely kind & honest employees.

Selection and stock are otherwise comparable to all other Lowe’s in the area.

I hate to do this because this is the first time I've been treated horribly at the Geneva Lowes but I need to vent my absolute frustration.   I cashed out in the lawn and garden section at 5pm.   My wife and I filled our vehicle with flowers.   I had to run back in to grab paint and order *one* custom black faux wood blind.   We picked out the paint and while they were mixing it we stopped back to the blind department.   By this time it was 5: 05pm.   We noticed a couple ahead of us talking to the only Lowes employee in the blinds area.   So patiently we waited, looked at blind options in the big books and waited.   The first *hour* we did not get acknowledged at all while clearly standing there waiting to place an order.   Our paint was done so we grabbed that and still we waited.   The employee never acknowledged our existence, not once! Never any indication that she could assist us when she was done.   No indication of how long it would be.   Having been this invested and really needing a blind for my office, we waited.   By 7pm I was furious and finally decided to leave. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life! Fix it Lowes because this is broken! 2 hours of my life wasted!

I came into Lowe’s recently and was told by the associate Mia that I “definitely needed the support bars” for the deck I was building while making a big motion to my stomach. I recently blew up due to chemo, so this was hard for me. Please train your employees better.

I want to thank associate Paul in plumping! He was a great help and was so knowledgeable! Took a lot of time with us and thought ahead on our lake bathroom remodel, in terms of what all we need AND any mishaps we might encounter. With so many companies short staffed and struggling with customer service, Paul was a welcome surprise. Thanks, Paul from Geneva!

If they offered negative stars I would have selected the worst. Back in April I ordered cabinets and appliances for my kitchen. Complete renovation going on. Customer service with the designer was also a nightmare but I won't go into detail on that. Will just start with three weeks ago when I called for an update on my fridge and range. Apparently they had been in for some time but I was told they forgot to call me. Right there I should have complained. However I was told I would receive a call in 24 hours on a delivery date. That did not happen so I called once again only to get another lowes rep. Who told me my appliances were not there. So I called the store manager to ask what was going on. At this point I figured they didn't have my order or sold it and I was being given the run around. A day later they informed me it was on its way and in a week it would be delivered. The delivery guys just left my house and the range is all that showed. The wrong fridge was on the truck and not even close to my model. Now over the past two weeks I have been waiting for the installer to just call me. All he has to do is come measure my kitchen and quote it. Three times now I have called and left messages. This store is run like a circus and a complete joke. I highly recommend either go to another lowes nearby or HEP sales.

Nobody could help us try to purchase a shed. 2 Lowe's we've been to now either don't know anything about sheds or send us all around the store to find and talk to different people who still don't know anything about how to purchase a shed.
