Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
17Clean, modern, knowledgeable staff, fully stock inventory. Friendly and professional environment to shop. I feel safe when I am there.
The absolute worst service. Do not recommend using their carpet/flooring installation crew. We had an appointment scheduled from 1-4 on Friday with no call prior to the appointment. The crew shows up at 10: 30. They contact me and I let them know my wife was 20 minutes away and they said they would wait. My wife shows up 15 minutes later and they've left and won't pick up the phone. I called Lowe's and they said that they "might call you back if they have time today". What a joke. We decided to cancel everything and go to a company that actually takes care of their customers. They need to realize people take off of work go around their schedule. Terrible service, Terrible experience.
Usually start with a short list, but I'm a sucker for the clearance section! Well stocked, friendly staff, and knowledgeable associates.
Made an emergency plumbing order and drove 35 minutes to pick it up. It was ready, correct, and a lovely person working the returns desk at 4: 30 (did not get her name) showed me how to work the pickup lockers. Thanks!
Typically have what I need. Easy to return stuff if needed. When needing a key made always need to find someone. No one ever in that department
Be careful, the rebates are a scam.twice I have purchased paint, that is supposed to get a 50% rebate on the second gallon. I checked with the paint clerk if the paint i purchased was eligible, and he said yes, a month later the "rebate center" says it isn't. This is after a couple very long phone calls. I guess i will have to try Home Depot
Lowe’s is always my number one choice for all my hardware and garden needs. They also provide convenient parking for military veterans and offer a discount for veterans
Well stocked location. Unfortunately restrooms are a porta potty and located outside. The outside restrooms can definitely use a daily cleaning.
Terrible service. Trying to spend THOUSANDS on doors and NO ONE will call back. They deny they sent someone out here - even though I spoke to him and watched him measure everything.
I’ve never seen such incredible disorganization and disregard for customers. They really don’t care AT ALL. Go anywhere else. They have no regard for you or your business.
NIGHTMARE.
Worst customer service ever. Doesn’t matter how much time or money you spend there. They will treat you horribly, give you excuses, and literally achieve nothing. Order after order was messed up, done incorrectly, or not done at all.
Their customer service desk representative Andy is the epitome of "I hate my job". I placed an in-store order for items to be shipped to my home. I never received a confirmation email so I stopped by to make sure the order was processed. Andy seemed highly annoyed that I wanted to confirm my shipping address. He initially told me that he has no access to tell me where my orders are going to be shipped to. I became confused and questioned. It wasn't until I told him "that doesn't make any sense" he miraculously has access to the information.
The only reason I am leaving 2 stars (instead of 1) is because their customer service representative Ariana (who I initially placed the order with) was so pleasant and understanding. Even with customers before me, while I was waiting in line, was very helpful with them. I think she was even training a new staff memeber the first time I was there, and she was great with her too.
But Andy. That man should never be able to interact with customers. I will never shop here again specifically because he was so rude and nasty.
I've been shopping here for a full home remodel for the last year or so. They have all the basics, and often a bunch of extra or more advanced options, for everything from outlets and lights to lumber and tools. I've also used several of their subcontractors along the way, and with only a few exceptions I've been very happy with the results.
Special shout out to Melissa in the kitchen/cabinets department, who has been just awesome to deal with!
The store sucks. I don't expect a perfect customer experience, but I do expect some sort of customer experience. If I could have gotten what I needed online from Amazon, I would have.
They definitely got what you need here and they will help you navigate the store if you're lost. Great pmace usually has what i need in stock!
Just went to Lowe's in Highland I waited for the mulch to go on sale which is 5 for $10 now that's always a great deal it usually goes on sale around Mother's Day was a little late this year but I did go and grab 10 bags I will be back for another 10 but overall Lowe's is the one place you go to for what you need building Supplies tools odds and ends Furniture plants pellets for your pellet stove
Great Lowe's, always appreciated, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Thank you!
Garden center had one worker who could find correct items tomscan that did not have barcode. There should be two registers, midday Sunday. There is no tap to pay option.sLOWESt.
