Not used to such exceptional customer service. What a pleasure his name was James, and by fire, one of the nicest professional young man in the store just wanted someone to know that he’s excellent.

The Pro-Desk gives this store in Brockport, NY a black eye. I really like the selection and pricing at Lowes. The staff is generally very helpful but the Pro-Desk at the store in Brockport, NY is managed very poorly and seems to be always overwhelmed. I've tried calling, sending emails but rarely make any progress or get any responses. It seems they only focus on walk up's and ignore folks trying to call or email. It's gotten so bad I've started using the Pro-Desk at the Greece store where the Pro-Desk staff is not only responsive, they are pro-active.

I was told to pick up at pro when I called, that it would be ready, The cashiers at pro were so confused, and instead of calling for help, they told me I had to go to customer service to only be told by customer service that pro had to help.

The Brockport location used to have the friendliest employees. They used to be so helpful all the time. Not so much anymore. It's hit and miss with the help.

So far a pretty unfortunate experience from a company that doesn't even want to stand by their own products.
They sold me a refrigerator and I paid to have the old one removed.
They told me 4-6 hours to get cold. Next day, it's hotter in the fridge than outside.
So now I'm left with no fridge, they can't pick the broken new one up until the weekend, and meanwhile they want to upsell me because the one I picked is magically out of stock until further notice
What a way to squeeze a penny out of me by stealing my old working fridge and giving me garbage unless I buy another instead.

This is a good location.
Their is always Staff around if you need help, unlike the Orange Box Store.
Lowe’s always seems more tidy and cleaner.

As far as Lawn & Garden Lowe’s Choices are of more reliable brands then the Orange Box Store.

I drive to this Brockport location which is slightly further than another one, because of the Staff here…

Come here.

It is worth the drive.

Able to find what we needed and also was helped by a young man who was busy stocking the shelves but stopped and asked us if we needed help. He was very helpful and friendly.

During my visit today I needed assistance cutting a few sheets of 3/4 hardwood and Aj Gminski helped me out from the Pro Desk. He was unbelievably professional and all of the cuts are absolutely spot on. I would recommend Aj to anyone needing assistance or knowledge for a project. Thanks again

I called to find out if there were any recommendations for a repair on a washer we purchased. I got stuck on an automated "customer service" line, which in general doesn't bother me, but after answering 15 questions, it told me that they couldn't help me. Again, fine, but it could have saved me 15 minutes because my answer to the first question was the reason they couldn't help me. That was frustrating, but when it transferred me to the survey, the "system" said that I would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for the survey! That put me over the top! Do they get so many "bad" surveys that they have to make it impossible to get thru?

Normally they have anything you need! Looking for car vacuum but they only had hand held, not enough suction!

Ordered a refrigerator for a rental unit. Was supposed to be delivered and when I called for time they said the system had canceled it. They then reordered and ended up charging me 3x for the same transaction. I gave it a couple weeks to work out and nothing happened. I called the store and after being on hold over 20 minutes they said they can see the order but they can’t refund me and I need to dispute it with the CC company. I asked manager to please give me a call. I’ve received no call. Very disappointed in Lowe’s. They used to have great service but I’ve spent a couple hours trying to get resolution with no luck.
