I went to this store on 3/12/21 to buy a dryer and received the most superb and helpful assistance from a salesperson named, Evie. She made sure that I brought only the parts that I needed. And, she helped me to save enough money from a store discount that it ended up making the warranty much more affordable. The entire purchase cost way less than I thought it would. Thank you, Evie!

Pro: This location has a wider variety of decorative selection of floor coverings and wall tile than others.
Con: No, self checkout.

Curbside pick up for a relative, easy peasy. Bridget delivered item efficiently and was pleasant.

Customer service Hanna and Hope were super friendly and helpful. Appliance section not as friendly and seemed annoyed at questions, so honestly Customer service definitely made up for appliances slack.

I went to Lowe's ln South Road Poughkeepsie the other days to get the materials I needed to install a ground rod for powder coating. I met an employee named Rob and while measuring out my copper wire, he gave me a lot of great info on how to do what I needed to do to get the job done correctly. He also walked me to another isle to personally show me what I needed. Thanks Rob, you were a great help!

It was difficult to find employees to help us out. We picked up a lawnmower and were assured that it was taken out of the box and tested. Once we got it home the wheel fell off as soon as we lifted it out of the box. Someone knew this lawnmower was broken and still sold it to us.

Computer said merchandise was in store. Was NOT when We got there.have to wait a week instead of the three days the store said it will be delivered.

Dont go there there a bunch of con artists.
I wanted to go to a big store because I didn't want to go to some local contractor who woud try and scam me, turns out there are the biggest scam artest out there spent over $50,000 on a kitchen remodel and over a year later still having rework done from all of the mistakes there contractor made

I was going there for plants but I was very disappointed with the selection they had, I found it surprising because the last time I was there they had so much to choose from and at really affordable prices. Maybe they were waiting for the new inventory to arrive.

Don't bother to order on line and pick up in store. Unless you're trying to kill an hour of your day.

Poughkeepsie store was clean, well lit & staffed too! Excellant customer service from Hope. She helped us in the paint department & flooring. Hope had great customer service and explained the process of purchasing carpet at Lowes

Just went to return a lawn mower that had a wheel fall out broken coming out of the box. The cashier's were looking for a pen they lost and ignored us for about 2 minutes. Then told us to come around the other side. Mind you were lugging around a lawn mower. No consideration given, no inquiries about what happened to have us return a lawn mower in the one hour it was just purchased. Bad customer service here, just use a different Lowes.or better yet don't.

The people here are of no help. I stopped at least 4 associates to help me find something and they would just point and go about their day. Tried to shop here 2 days in a row with no luck. Save yourself a trip and frustration go to home depot instead

Lowe's is always a pleasant experience. 98% of the time they have exactly what I need. Staff at the Poughkeepsie and Highland stores are always friendly and willing to help.

They always have snap toggler 1/4 bolts which are a necessity for my work. Home Depot doesn’t carry.

My family and I just left here, without buying anything! We were walking around picking up different flowers that seemed to be on the 50% off rack but not been physically marked. So my mom and I went to ask people who worked there and 3 different people yelled at my mom for simply asking a question! I have never had such bad customer service! We won’t be going back there again!

Employees do not know much besides aisles, but appliances are better than home Depot.free shipping around holidays, so good to order pellets

Well, I was not impressed with the first lady that I asked for help but found a gentleman rhat was very helpful. He saved the day.
