I had to redo the back patio of my home and Roger came over to discuss options, he was polite, professional and committed to make my patio great again. After discussing pavers options and costs we decided to hire him and in a couple of weeks he delivered a great beautiful new patio and gave our home a new face. Definitely recommended.

Roger and his team were great! They installed coping around our in-ground pool, along with a patio and large fire pit. The whole process was very smooth. He is responsive and they were able to begin working quickly. I think the thing I liked most is that Roger will worry about everything so you don't have to. He genuinely wants the space to look amazing and will listen to what you want, make it happen and then some. He will also work within your budget. I would highly recommend Roger and the whole crew. Right from the first meeting, Roger’s genuine love for what he does, and his ability to clearly explain every step of the process to ensure we were comfortable with the plan, was obvious. He was transparent about everything involved (potential obstacles included) and made recommendations for our inground pool and patio based on our goals and budget without any pressure to upsell. We liked that LoyalLandscaping could complete the entire project themselves (pool and hardscaping) so we didn’t have to coordinate multiple busy contractors on a tight deadline. Roger ensured that we understood every step of the process and he quickly responded to all texts, calls and emails (and believe me, I had a lot of questions about everything, which he patiently answered again and again). He and his team were able to take our vision and run with it, while keeping us actively involved throughout the process, right down to the last detail. LoyalLandscaping did an amazing job of bringing the entire project to life and Roger’s personalized customer service proved that they genuinely care about their clients as well as the quality of the finished project.

I also cannot say enough about their amazing hardworking crew. Every single person we met was personable, trustworthy, respectful, and provided the highest level of customer service and hard work. They were all kind and courteous and ended up feeling like good friends since they were around our home and family for several months during the project. They always arrived on time (even some weekends to stay on schedule) and worked incredibly hard regardless of rain, heat, poor air quality, blazing sun, etc.

This team built a walkway, retaining wall and patio for me. The design is complimentary to the house, improving my property and looking great at the same time.

Loyal Landscaping did a wonderful job redoing my retainment wall. The old wooden wall was crumbling, as it was almost 40 years old. They stone retaining wall is much nicer and built to last. Their customer service is top notch!
My dog supervised their work everyday, as they were there rain or shine.
I would absolutley recommend them to anyone who needs stonework or hardscaping done.
