I am a current employee of LSI solutions. I was hired earlier this year for a sales position and so far I am beyond impressed with this company, their culture and their products. The interview process was a wonderful experience. I felt my time and energy was appreciated and everyone involved in my interview went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Showing me that level of kindness and consideration before I even got the job spoke volumes of their culture and how they conduct themselves as a growing company making it an easy decision to join their work family. I have only been here a few months and already feel valued for my contributions and suggestions.

Adding to the value of the company is the fact that all of LSI's products are manufactured in house which includes testing of each device, literature for each device as well as the shipment of each device. The level of quality and consideration dedicated to each product is a testament to their growing success and what separates them from other companies in this market. Why I am personally so proud to be apart of this company is because these products really are designed with the sole purpose to improve patient care and patient outcomes. I think they are innovative and visionary in the advancement of minimally invasive surgery which is so exciting to be apart of. I look forward to a long career with LSI Solutions.

Very pleased as a new field sales employee working for LSI Solutions. There could not be a better company out there. American owned, American made products manufactured by proud and dedicated employees at the corporate headquarters. Leadership is strong and grounded. My sales manager is top notch and regional team of support colleagues go above and beyond every day to help serve our primary success metric: the patient!

High turnover rate mistreatment of their people! Steer clear of here they are always desperate for help. They would not be in this situation, if they treated people good and paid enough to live! Bonus’s and meal’s don’t make it worth it! You can’t buy good people and great workers! You need to make people wanted and happy to come to work. This company falls short in that category by far! Very noxious environment and toxic. Facilities custodian one of the worst Postions available there! High turnover they treat you like a degrading piece of trash! Out cast you from employee lunches and all gathering’s. You are looked down up on. Pass on this facilities department what ever you do not worth it!

From the moment I stepped into LSI Solutions’ offices in Victor, NY, it was clear that I was entering a dynamic and creative environment. The team is full of intelligent and friendly individuals who have been incredibly supportive throughout my first six weeks here. I've already gained substantial knowledge in both surgical procedures and the medical field, as well as mechanical engineering.

I joined LSI SOLUTIONS more than 8 years ago as an Engineering Co-op, and it has been an incredible journey since then. I have been working at LSI SOLUTIONS for about 3 years now and I have to say that I feel lucky to be a part of this group. It's an awesome opportunity to have such a far-reaching company in Victor, NY that is at the forefront of minimally invasive cardiac surgery. The culture of innovation is baked into everything we do and the environment is very collaborative - I learn something new every day. Working at LSI, and getting the chance to work with great people on technology that advances surgery and positively impacts the lives of many patients, is exciting every day.

Stay far away from here. There is too much employee turnover and treat employees like they are disposable. They begin making people feel that they are an important part of the company but in reality it is all smoke and mirrors.

Staff is misleading in the field to jeopardize your career. Sterile room mixing with changing out of outdoor gear just doesn't mix. Should be separated with the millions drawn in. I give it zero stars.
