LT Burger, Sag Harbor NY

I would say they're open Instagram says they're renovating really a professional to go to a place that it says it's open online and it's closed for the season might I add

Great food and atmosphere, service was terribly slow and unorganized. But I would go back for the food and vibe!

Burgers were unseasoned, service left much to be desired.for the price, i should NOT have had to salt my burger.

Food was very good! I ordered veggie burger and waffle fries. The only negative thing was that we waited too long to order.

Bad service, overpriced. The undertrained server lied to us that the burgers come with cheese. They don’t. It’s $2.50 extra on top of a $18 burger. Food was the best part but not worth the terrible experience.

I been going Lt. Burger for years I order the Heritage turkey burger the menu says it comes with onion roll avocado and yogurt now it has no onion roll or avocado and substitute the yogurt with mayo and the burger is a lot smaller

Seriously over priced, mediocre food. There was zero seasoning in the burger or on the sweet potato fries. Service was absolutely terrible. For $19 a burger, I definitely expected better tasting food and service.

Nice place, but I spent $30 for a salad that I could made for $5. And they put radicchio abd radishes in my salad when I was clear about not wanting them.

Service was extremely rude, food came cold twice, and ended up with an overcharge.don’t waste your time.

They had great Burgers wonderful milkshakes and must have deep fried Oreos great atmosphere great staff wonderful restaurant for date nights

Very disappointing meal at LT burger during a weeknight dinner. While the burger was pretty standard, the cooking consistency was very lacking. Our table ordered a variety of medium and medium well burgers. The medium well burgers came out more medium while the medium burgers came out basically medium rare. For a place that solely does burgers you would think they have the appropriate cooking time down. They also messed up our orders and failed to bring out items but still charged for it (and argued with us!). It seems like a very poorly managed restaurant and I blame the owner/ manager for not ensuring their staff is well trained.

I went to this restaurant after a long days work desperately trying to get food at 910 for a takeout just a burger the receptionist said that they were close funny that map has it closing at 930 what a shame one burger for a working guy I'll never shop there again. Also the owner seems to answer only 5 stars post

Terrible service! First ones in the restaurant after opening, waited 15 min for a server to take our order. They were out of Gluten Free burger buns. Manager couldn't care less!

The chicken sandwich was fair. Unfortunately the service was poor.the wrong food was brought out, water wasn't refilled and it took over 20 mins to get the check even though it wasn't busy. Also heads up - the current menu prices are more expensive than reflected on the website menu (Dirty Chicken Sandwich is listed as $16 but it was $21 just for the sandwich). I expected expensive items given the location, but I wish the quality and service matched the cost.

Great place, great vibe but Unfortunately they don’t have a vegan burger anymore. It’s odd as they do have a vegan milkshake.

Mediocre, overcooked, overpriced burger. Subpar service. I’ll still probably go back somehow, but there are better options in the area.

Over priced for the quality and quantity of food.

Also prices on the board do not reflect the actual prices you will be charged.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I agree with previous review that sag harbor has been taken over by greed. No value for your $$ and no apologies for bad service and small portions. Forget this place.
