Lucid Cafe reviews
14An amazing, friendly, super-quaint cafe. We had black hot coffee, Vermont Maple Almond Milk Latte, and Almond Mike Latte - all were perfect. Gentlewoman who helped us was nice, friendly, and efficient. Our favorite cafe in Manhattan.
Stopped by during the weekend. Great staffs and great coffee! Avocado toast with egg was deliciousss. To get the food, it took a bit of time but was worth it haha
My latte was very tasty both days that I had breakfast here. The parfait was nice too. The service was friendly and quick. Good choice for a hot drink and a fast tasty breakfast on the go.
Great little cafe. They've got some fun flavors — i'd recommend their maple latte. They serve counter culture coffee, which is tasty. I've also tried their toasts, and they're always delicious. It's worth a stop if you're in the area!
Family owned cozy cozy clean cafe
And they make incredible avocado toast with Swiss cheese! Their pumpkin latte is also a winner because they use fresh organic pumpkin purée to make it! I love this tiny place, the staff is always polite and fast!
The staff was incredible and so was the avocado toast! Both of us had the chai lattes, different from anything I have had before and not in a bad way at all! Will be back next time we are in the city!
Cute local coffee shop. They do a lovely oat flat white ($5). Bear in mind that minimum card payment is $5.
Great service & coffee, fresh hot delicious breakfast sandwiches. Plan to visit again while in town.
Me and my boyfriend were walking around last weekend and saw a long line in front of the cafe. We got curious and went in. We ended up getting great coffees and pastries. I got almond latte and my boyfriend got cappuccino. Their homemade almond milk was the best one that i have tried so far. We also got cranberry muffin and scone that one of the staffs recommended. Muffin was okay, my bf loved the scone. We will def come back next time we're around!
Dont go to this place because of a few reasons.
First the raisins denish was not fresh. It was uneatable, hard and just bad all over.
The coffee was awful and we had to throw it to the garbage, so did the man who was sitting just next to us.
Staff was rude and didn't acknowledge any of the problems.
It was not even cheap!
Best avocado toast ever! Lovely, sweet organic cafe. Everything was delicious and service with a smile! Highly recommend!
There is zero customer service at this coffee shop. Firstly they have a silly $5 minimum. They wouldn’t budge even if you total is $4.95. Coffee is mediocre at most. They randomly throw policy and procedure about their loyalty cards. They are fake as hell. Many a time, they messed up and order and charged me extra to rectify it. At other coffee shops in the area, this is not the case. I perhaps get treated better in coffee shops in remote parts of the world. Worst experience ever. And yes, their pastries are not always fresh, much like their attitudes.
What a great find (near the Hampton Jitney stop)! Delicious coffee and freshly baked (out of the oven on-site) vegan muffins.
Kind staff. Outdoor seating for 8. Really good espresso and lattes here.
Small shop that many locals come for coffee. Never tried the food but coffee is top notch.
