Very Interesting well done. Enjoyed it very much. It was worth the detour on our road trip.

I went back to NY to visit family and decided to drive over to Jamestown and see the museum while I was there. It was a long drive, so I'm a little sad that the museum was smaller than I thought. There are 2 museums; one dedicated to the "I Love Lucy" show and the other to Lucy's life. They were both nice and had some clothes, screenplays, and belongings of Lucy and Desi's that was cool to see. Overall, a cool experience and a good variety of stuff in the gift shops.

My daughter gifted me this experience being a Lucy fan, incredible. Visited on my actual Birthday, the 11th August. Very memorable.

As someone from the infamous Generation Z, I found this museum an awesome tribute to two awesome film stars. There are two museums, as most of these reviews say.:) One dedicated to the show, and one to their personal lives. Both of them were excellent! Great for anyone with a sense of fun and humor!

Cancellation policy not very flexible. Had been looking forward to visiting. Had purchased tix online to visit the same day. When putting address into GPS, discovered that museum was further away than expected and we would never arrive on time. Tix were immediately cancelled. Since we did not allow for the 24 hr in advance period of time for cancellations, the museum did not refund the purchase price, but did provide a gift certificate for a later visit. Since this was the only time we could visit, as the museum was closed the next day and we had no other time to visit, the gift certificate was of no value. According to my bank, however, the fact that the museum made the gesture prevented them from refunding the purchase price to my credit card. So, just a word of caution, be sure to have all of your ducks in a row and know what you're doing when making the purchase.

What an amazing place. Some great displays. It was great to get pictures taken on the set.

Amazing experience.

You need to see both museums. One is based on Lucy’s earlier part of her life, one on the latter. Make sure you see both to get the complete picture. This one is the latter part, the Desilu years, where she produced many TV shows including Star Trek and Andy Griffith. See the innovations they had after they took over the RKO set. There’s some great pieces of historical gear here including “the Monster” three headed video viewer to review the dailies.

Nice history and well laid out. There are two buildings close to each other that comprise the museum. Very informative.

I only wanted to see this museum! Not The National Comedy Center (not enough well known comedians represented at TNCC)

As a lifelong Lucy fan, we had to stop here on our road trip. It was such a fun place and it was awesome seeing artifacts from her life and shows in person. It's a no-brainer to go here if you are in Jamestown.

I am not a fan of I Love Lucy show but I was impressed with how they worked together. I learned a lot about their personal lives and how hard they worked to bring different cultures to the forefront. They really had an interesting upbringing.

Worthy of looking at, so many things to see and VIDEOS that you are going to enjoy from lots of the shows and the other things for you to get and enjoy. Wish we had more time to see more.

Very nostalgic. So many wonderful exhibits & video clips. Lucy & Desi's home movies were the best! Learned things I never knew. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon!

Very nice. Need more chairs for sitting in the movie section.
The money was a little high, but we also included the National Comedy Museum.

It's worth taking a couple of hours to go through Lucille Ball's life beautifully displayed in this museum in Jamestown.

We took guests to an event billed as a dinner show at the Tropicana. After being offered a 4 item "buffet" a server actually responded to our inquiry of when will the show start with "there's no show at the dinner show". The embarassing event was highlighted by the tab $170.00 for four.
