I have requested to cancel my insurance as premium was way higher than other providers, someone confirmed I will get the refund of what amount I have paid. But after my request no one is updating me on if they have cancelled my policy and processed refund. I have called 3 times, every time I call they say someone will call me back and update and no one does. Last time when I called agent told me Luke Roth will give me call and confirm if policy is cancelled and they processed my refund but didn't get any call. Very bad service.

THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!
I had a very bad experience with state farms insurance. I started my policy 6 months ago and every month I had to call them because the amount to be paid every month used to vary due to multiple reasons. The internal communication seems to be very poor. When you speak to an agent and clarify the situation, next month same thing will repeat and when you call its other agent who knows nothing about your policy. Quite a frustrating experience.

Do not trust Luke Roth. He is a liar and a fraud. He lied to me about the coverage he was providing me and talked me into signing with State Farm before I saw the details in writing of what he was selling. It was the worst experience I ever had buying insurance. I never got to speak with him personally after I discovered what he was providing. He took my money and dropped me to his office personal to handle my issues. I think State Farm is a good insurance Company. Just be wary of their agents.

Luke got me a much better auto insurance rate than I was paying. He was clear, efficient and pleasant. He anticipated my concerns and offered clear answers and a fair and comparable policy. He was also very thorough in explaining the few next steps needed and in cancelling my policy with my old insurer. It was a very fast, hassle-free experience with a good end result. Highly recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I will be sending a letter to the insurance commission. ^ weeks ago accident. I was hit from behind. I have never heard from my agent. I still do not have my payment for my car or my rental. No one answers phones at the office. All I get is the run around. I guess I will have to hire a lawyer

Luke and his team do a great job of getting to know their customers and ensuring that they have the right coverage for them at an outstanding value. Their team is also very responsive and build a great rapport with their customers.

I hate that even have to put one star in order to post this review. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone. I had previous insurance but due to a safety issue with my Kia due to the safety issue of people stealing them, the company I had for almost 15 years raise my rates by 100%. I reached out all over the county to agents trying to find something affordable, and even a company that would sign a new customer with my car. Finally this agency contacted me back and said they could offer me a quote and the price was fantastic. They mentioned the safety issue but I had assured them I already had an appointment at Kia to have a software upgrade that was created to solve this issue. The woman who was working with me from the beginning, Jennifer Moran, told me to definitely have it done, send them the paperwork, and in the meantime she would reach out to the underwriter to make sure that the upgrade was sufficient enough, and she would contact me if there were any issues. I heard nothing from her.
I made my first month's payment, received the link to download my ID cards, got the upgrade, sent the paperwork to them, and everything was great. Then about a month after the last conversation I had with Jennifer (who subsequently I had reached out to regarding a minor question via phone and email, but she never returned my call. I was later told she only dealt with sales, and not client matters, which she could have simply responded to me one time and told me that instead of just ignoring me), in the same day I received two letters in the mail from State Farm. One was specifically from State Farm/Luke Roth, the other was just from State Farm. The one from State Farm/Luke Roth was hard copies of my ID cards, the other was from the underwriter stating that they re-evaluated my plan and due to the type of car I had they were cancelling my police effective September 30,2023 (a month after I had officially been signed up and Jennifer said she was going to contact underwriting and call me if there was an issue, leading me then to believe since she never would respond to calls or emails after she sold me the policy, she most likely never called the underwriter), two weeks after I submitted the paperwork regarding the upgrade, and two weeks before the insurance was to be cancelled. I called them numerous times to ask about this, every time being told everyone was on the phone and someone would call me back. No one ever did. I was scrambling to try and find out if they had contacted underwriting and worked something out for me, at the same time as trying to find another insurance company to get coverage. I tried calling so many times. Finally I reached out to State Farm's general customer service and explained the situation, and how they never called me back. The lady put me on hold, called them herself and told them to call me. That is the first time anyone, Eloisa, called me back. I was told that the underwriter wouldn't change their mind. I said, "If you knew that, why couldn't anyone tell me that until I went to extremes to get in touch with you? " There was no real response or explanation. I then called a few days later with a question regarding something minor. A male answered saying he was with reception. I said who I was and asked to speak to someone. As usual he said no one was available to speak and he told me someone would call me back. I told him that every time since I became a customer I am told the same thing and no one calls back. I told him I would hold. He then got nasty with me and said that wasn't an option and he was going to hang up on me, and he did. I will NEVER use State Farm Again, and I implore anyone who wishes to use State Farm, do not use this agency. Just look at the negative experiences of other reviews here, and the company constantly responds with an excuse, or that their records show they did call, or did do what they said they would, etc. I guess all of us who don't know each other, but had the same experience, made it all up and are lying.

I would never recommend you to use this agency ever again because they are very very bad at customer service. I’ve been trying to call them for days. Nobody picks up when they do pick up it’s the main lobby and they tell me they will give me a call back, but they never do call me back

ZERO STARS - By far the worst insurance experience I've ever had. Bait and switch situation with unauthorized charged amounts. Great when they're signing you up, however, after submitting all the documents requested, I had multiple requests from multiple people telling me to resubmit. If that wasn't waste of time enough, they spontaneously started billing an extra $200 a/mo. After I called, (and being asked for documents again!), I thought it was taken care of and was assured I had nothing to do, but apparently we are now default on the new payment amount!

4 months later and the drama goes on - weeks ago I revoked the automated payment option because I don't trust them having my cc info. After even more "miscommunications", I've since cancelled all my policies and have now received... Wait for it... A "Notice of Automated Payment" invoice! Is this even legal?

When I moved to NY I choose State Farm insurance for my vehicles. Since that time, I have had so many issues with them. Initially, they told me if I add homeowner's insurance my insurance fee will be lower, after several months, today I discovered that homeowner's insurance reduces the total fee by 5%, which in my case is $7 (homeowner's insurance cost $10ish). I understand the benefit of having homeowner's insurance, if anything happens they are there to help with the cost regarding the damage, but what makes me disappointed is the misinformation they provide. Second, they increased my premium during the contract. After I called, they told me this is something that NY state decides (then what is the meaning of contract: $). I had State Farm back in Arizona, I really liked them, but looks like after Covid they got worse.
