Really disappointed in the management here. As a former lululemon employee I know the policy and expectations and they were not met. I went to make a quality promise and the manager went to review and gave me a phone number for the GEC. She said she didn’t feel anything wrong with the item.which it is clearly not the same material as when you first purchase it. She didn’t make eye contact with me at all. When I explained that I know the policy and it’s very subjective she didn’t respond and walked away. The educator at cash and on the floor was very kind and understanding. Really really disappointed because I love this brand and believe in their mission.

Really rude service! An associate was supposed to find a bag and simply never came back. I felt racially profiled while waiting for her as well. When I finally did find the bag upstairs, the associate had an attitude when I asked if I could check out there at the upstairs register. I also once requested a pickup order and they canceled it because they forgot to get it! I showed up in person and they just shrugged. Literally the worse lululemon in the city I swear!

Called 23 times over a quite a few days, morning and night.

Never been able to get in touch with staff regarding an order that was supposed to be shipped to me instead of their store.

Front desk staff was rude and didn’t accept returns even with proof of purchase. Item was literally never worn. I’ve never had any issues at any other lululemon store in the country apart from this one. Would not recommend, there are far better stores all over the city with staff that are kind and considerate.
