Kind, caring, pleasant, and extremely helpful in all aspects of my visit. The Office is bright and welcoming as is the entire staff.

Arrived a little early, waited a very short time for my appointment. The waiting area is nicely decorated, very peaceful and calm. Coffee, tea and snacks are also available while you wait. The entire staff, the receptionists as well as the medical staff are super friendly and accommodating. Samantha, who did my exam, made me feel comfortable and never rushed. Overall a very positive experience.

Got an appointment quickly. I was able to fill out paperwork before the appointment which maked things very easy. Saw Jennifer Wilson who took the time to understand what I needed and had a lovely bedside manner.

Not very knowledgeable or willing to help. Doesn’t seem like the dr. Or PA have any interest in helping patients. They offer no skin testing and won’t even give an oral anti fungal med just shampoo and cream.definitely not willing to spend time going over options or giving info about their diagnosis. Would not recommend if you expect more than a fake smile and being pushed through. They don’t even try and hide the fact that they don’t care about their patients.

New patient and I had a fantastic experience. From booking to checking out, the whole experience was easy and the staff were incredible. Super friendly and helpful!

Dr Bair and her entire staff are absolutely the best. I’ve referred at least 3-4 people to her and they all feel the same and have thanked me for referring them to her. This makes me completely comfortable to keep referring friends and family to her office. I can be sure they will be more than happy with the medical care they get and the professional way in which they are treated. Good medical treatment and compassionate care is hard to find these days. This practice is top notch! I would highly recommend.

All of the employees were friendly and caring. The process was smooth. The PA was helpful and did an easy painless biopsy. When a misunderstanding about how I could review my biopsy results arose, the office manager helped me understand how to see the results when the return.

From signage to initial connect with the amazing front staff, to clinical to provider the experience was top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable clean and efficient. Luna Dermatology is the right choice!

If I could give them no star I would I’ve been having issues with my fingernails detaching so I went to go see Dr. Goffredo said your nails look good clearly not because they’re detaching she said I don’t think you have a fungal, but I’m gonna do the test cost me an arm and a leg and then never did a follow up. Just said your nails look fine clearly they’re not. I reached out to them again about the issue. Tried getting them to send a script in for a CBC for may be something that could be underlined refused didn’t have a diagnosis whatsoever don’t go here if you need real help

Absolutely loved the whole staff and environment. Very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained and done with care. Even had a few chuckles. So glad I found them and went in! Thank you for the chapstick too!
