Honestly, my favorite Lush site. I enjoy just walking in the store to get a good whiff of the many different scents. I'm always visiting the store to check out their new products.
But I must give a GREAT shout -out to the workers; Elhadje and Janine who made my daughter feel like a queen on her Birthday back in August 21, when I had set up a skincare workshop for her and my other two daughter's. (Correction, all 3 were treated like queens!: 》) They absolutely loved it! And another shout out to Hann and Zee who always greet me with a smile and giving me samples to whats new.
The team at this location is very chill and fun and really help make the shopping experience customized.
The customer service here is TOP NOTCH. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and immediately felt welcomed. There’s a lot of times when I walk into a store and feel like products get pushed on to me, but the staff here was not like that at all. I’m usually an online shopper, but today’s experience may have changed me!
I can’t say enough about Lorenzo. He was extremely kind, caring, and took so much time to walk me through the store, show me products that would work best for me, explained WHY they would work best for me, and aren’t above and beyond to make my experience a great one. He’s so knowledgeable about the products. I truly felt like I was with a friend and we were shopping together. Lorenzo understands and truly gets customer service and LUSH is incredibly lucky to have him.
I left with some amazing products I can’t wait to try and will come back for Lorenzo and the amazing customer service!

A hidden gem in a subway station! The staff there is very lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable! Will always help you pick the best products.
Go to this location! Amazing, laid back, super helpful team. Hann helped me navigate all the seasonal bath bombs. Love that it’s on my way to the subway. My new go-to Lush!
This particular location is the best Lush store in NYC. Absolutely sensationali service and experience by store manager Elhadje and Lorenzo. I also: appreciate how knowledgeable they are about all the products, the ingredients and their performance. I will always come to this location. I spent $90 more than I initially intended to because of how much fun I was having, LOL!
AH! I loved my experience at this Lush. I was immediately greeted by Lorenzo and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. I typically don’t ask for help from any store staff, but I needed help picking out a birthday gift for a friend and got me perfect products for them. Lorenzo threw in some freebies for my friend AND I to try and they didn’t think twice about doing it. If I visit Lush again, I’m going back for Lorenzo.

After visiting your location in Las Vegas this weekend, I decided to stop at my local NYC store at Columbus Circle to get the item that was recommended to me as I didn’t want to travel seven hours on the plane with a product that should be refrigerated.
Zenaya was very helpful and professional and also recommended another product to help with moisturization in my skin. Also Hanna was pleasant to speak with in the store. You definitely have great employees at this location! Looking forward to using the products and hopefully seeing some great results!
