A job well done! The space is small, but the service is excellent. I will definitely go back.

After reading so many wonderful reviews online, I decided to call Lux Lash Lounge and make an appointment. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days, and was lucky to be able to take advantage of one of their promotions (which, most lash salons don’t offer by the way). My lash technician is Stephanie and she did a fantastic job! She thoroughly explained the difference between the lash styles and what would compliment my face. I decided to go with the hybrid look which is a combination between classic and volume. I am a couple days in and not one lash has fallen out. Overall Lux Lash Lounge is professional, the staff is friendly, and the salon is clean. What more can you ask for!? I highly recommend this lash salon! Just book already!

All I have to say that I am in love. And I have been, getting so much compliments on my lashes.

I’ve been a customer here, but unfortunately that ended today. I took off work to get my lashes done on October 3 for my birthday and my lashes look a mess. I literally have 3 lashes on one eye. My lashes have shed so badly in one eye that it doesn’t even need a refill at this point, I would have to get a new set. I was told by the staff on the phone that it’s “shedding season” but it’s for one eye. I’ve asked several times to speak to a manager and apparently she’s not there. When she finally called me back, I found the conversation fruitless. There is no reason that my lashes should look like this already.

Let’s just cut to the chase, Lux Lash Lounge is by far simply the best!

I don’t do reviews but this one’s personal, from their personalized portfolios/charts they create for each customer to provide ultimate best service in which they keep track of every detail as far as style work to had done, including which tech provided the service that way you have one less thing to worry n remember!

I AM TELLING YOU THIS PLACE IS IT!

Worth my 2 hour commute here every time quite honestly there all great techs!

My go to favorite set is Classic wispy Set with a cat eye style.

From making my appointment to days after my eyelash service, the ladies at Lux Lash Lounge made sure I'm well informed and well taken care of! The reservation process was very straightforward and simple, my Lash tech, Stephanie B, is incredibly knowledgable and explained the process to me very clearly. The environment was very relaxing (I almost fell asleep, haha). They even checked in on me days later to make sure all is well. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow! I have rarely written a review unless I am exponentially impressed! KAYLA O was fantastic - her application, technique & outcome speaks volumes! I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the results of my lash extensions (hybrid cateye)! It’s 2 weeks now & I plan on going back within the next 2 weeks (& also planning on my daughter getting her lashes done here too!) I cannot even find the words to compare this application to a prior one at another upscale place — where I had my lashes done for my daughter’s wedding — (wish I would’ve come to Lux Lash instead). I highly recommend Lux Lash on Quentin Road & Kayla O without reservation to anyone who is looking for the very best!

I’m absolutely obsessed with my lashes. Chidera did her thing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it perfectly. This is my first time going to lux and I couldn’t have loved the experience more than I did. It lived up to my expectations. Definitely book an appointment here you will not regret it

Very friendly and gentle staff! My first time getting my lashes done by Sirley for a wedding and I love them. She was so gentle I practically fell asleep. Definitely coming back to do a lash lift and tint next.

I would like to start off this review by saying this is NOT a reflection of the salon itself! They do a phenomenal job with hair and lashes. However, this review is in regards to Lana, who does microblading. I had gone to her back in 2020 with zero issues and felt no judgement at the time. Fast forward to now, I had been going back and forth from January till now to schedule an appointment with her and I’ve been getting told over and over again the “problems” I have with my skin. Initially, yes it was inflamed but after seeing my esthetician right away, getting her approval, and spending more money on skincare products, it still was not good enough and all of a sudden she requested a doctoral degree must be in place to give me an “ok” for my skin. There was plenty of attitude from the first time I went in January when it was supposed to be done. I was blamed for making her “wait” 2 hours and was told I shouldn’t even have come in. We were scheduled for 6: 30/7. I came at 6: 20 but because my skin was inflamed it was my fault for coming in although I had no idea it wasn’t good enough since I had sent a picture of my brows with no makeup the day before and nothing was mentioned about the redness in my skin. She also held onto my deposit but refused to schedule an appointment with me until my skin was “clear enough”. She then took 24 hours to send my deposit back when she claimed she’d send it once she landed (although she had wifi from posting on Instagram and putting a “! ” On her message), but I had to ask her 2 times to send it. I am not a difficult person and do not like causing problems, I work in the service industry myself and would never deliver the attitude to my clients like I was given for months. She had been texting me a bunch but then when I asked why the doctoral degree matters, she said she’s on vacation so in short, she wouldn’t explain to me. It’s odd that someone who’s career is on eyebrows “seems” to know more than an esthetician who works on skin for a living when she said all I had was general redness, literally just regular skin but it was made to sound like I had a skin disease according to Lana. Precisely, the day I went in January she thought I had psoriasis…. Really? Seems like something a dermatologist or esthetician should be responsible for diagnosing. Which for the record, I do not have, nor do I even have rosacea! Unless your skin is completely flawless, I would not consider going as you may waste your time. I’ve had to find another artist last minute before my vacation in 7 weeks. While I had been asking people I know for recommendations, one of my past clients had actually visited LuxLashLounge and told me she’s heard the attitude from the brow tech. It truly is a shame because her work is incredible and I tried so hard to make it work and was nice to her and even told her on text that her work is great and I wasn’t trying to be annoying but instead I was left hanging for 2 weeks which is when she went away and I had asked for my money back because there was no point in continuing this same cycle and getting the same answer over and over again. I get my hair done here and everyone else is amazing so do not let this review discourage you from other services, sadly my experience to get my brows microbladed was horrible and I felt extremely judged from this whole situation. I don’t ever write reviews and I especially hate having to write this one trust me, but no client especially a returning one should be treated this way. It almost felt like my business was not even wanted.

I loved getting my lashes done here. It was so comfortable getting them put in I fell asleep. Definitely go here!
